Great Hotel, the room was modern and very comfortable. Stayed in a Sky-view room on the 25th floor but was not impress with the view as frequently mentioned in other reviews, maybe because my room view was opposite side from Madrid. Modern bathroom with shower and tub, heated floor. Shaving was difficult due to the poor lighting in the bathroom.... More

The main reason I chose this hotel is because I wanted to have a functioning AC in my room and gladly it did work very well. Room / The room has a fairly modern yet timeless style. Mixture of warm wood and leather. The building being a tower, every room has a large window which especially at night can give... More

The offer we had for a night included spa with massage. The spa was ok (although it could have been a bit bigger for a 5 star hotel). However, the room was excellent with all the amenities we could have wished for - and the views, oh the views! It is definitely worth paying a bit extra for the views... More

This hotel is located in a quieter area of Madrid, halfway between the airport and the city centre. All of the rooms are exterior facing, my room was very modern, had a good amount of space and was comfortable. The hotel takes up a number of floors in a tower block therefore the rooms tend to have good views of... More

We've been there thanks to a particular offer provided by the hotel (spa, one night and a breakfast) and we enjoyed all the prestations. Our room was big, well decorated and the view from the 20th floor is really nice ! The staff is really smily and helpful, we really appreciated it. The spa is quite small (but the view... More

One of a cluster of four skyscrapers on the northern edge of the city, the hotel is not in downtown Madrid. But it's only 20 minutes in a cab, and there's a cab rank in front of the hotel. My room (1904) was large and comfortable. The bathroom had a bath tub and sink console, with separate shower and toilet... More

I thought this hotel was really cool at the beginning because it's got over-the-top swankiness and some interesting features (remote controlled blinds, cool restaurant), and feels quite luxurious. However, for a hotel of this level, it had a few glaring faults: they didn't provide hand soap with the toiletries (we washed our hands with shower gel); the shower seal was... More

I stayed here on the 17th May, 2015 & again on the 22nd & 23rd May after coming back from Malaga. The rooms were clean & comfortable with a great view of the hills. Lovely Sunrise & Sunset View. Free Coffee, Tea & WiFi. The included breakfast was also quite decent. ENJOYED Overall.

Cannot really fault the hotel, the reception and the corridors are beautifully laid out and it does have a touch of luxury. Rooms were of a good size and the air condition did a good job considering it was 39 outside. Room rates did vary but this was the travel agent and not the hotel.
