The bed is comfortable which is important. The rooms are extremely dark, dark finishes everywhere which was a bit claustrophobic. I was here as a business traveller they had everything I would need in the room but for a Nespresso machine. The check in staff are rather brusque, room service staff however were extremely friendly. The spa and gym are... More

I stayed for 2 nights as part of a conference. The fixtures and fittings are 5 star (as are the prices) but it the delivery was just surface deep. On checking in I was advised that there were no double rooms available and that I would have to wait (fine as I was a bit early). When I went back... More

RUN!!! TERRIBLE HOTEL. Very far away from ANYTHING! Lots of time and $ to go anywhere. Hotel calls themselves 5 stars overcharging what is not worthy. Front desk clueless about any city activities, no help at all. They tell you it takes 20 minutes by metro to town, it takes ONE FULL HOUR and transfer hassles. Hotel is dark tasteless... More

My husband and I wanted to stay somewhere outside of the tourist zone for one night during our visit so this hotel really suited us. If you are wanting to be in the centre of things, then you will need to use the metro. We found the customer service on the front desk to be outstanding- even the door man... More

Difficult to find flaws with this hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, bathrooms are in a class by themselves and very well lit (This has become a pet peeve with me. I need light to work!) Do not, under any circumstace, miss the breakfast on the 30th floor... yes the food is very good, but the view...wow! Not a great neigborhood... More

I loved the hotel. Very well located, next to the metro station which has connections to all parts of the city and also to the airport, the train leaves you inside the airport without traffic! The restaurant sits atop the hotel at lunchtime and have a wonderful view. The food is excelent and affordable price. The very spacious, very agradevel... More

This is a great business hotel, close enough from Barajas Airport and yet not so distant from central Madrid. Located on one of Madrid's new skyscrapers, it offers a tremendous view of the city outskirts and is fitted with the modernest urban furniture. There's a conveniently located subway station nearby so moving around is not a problem.

Stayed three nights there. Rooms and ambanice is stylish and still in rather good shape. Some of the technical features (e.g., light managment panel) did not fully function anymore but amenities are nice and well assorted. Service in the lobby bar was not too fast and attentive but quality of tapas met expetation and standards. The views from the restaurant... More

We (2 adults) stayed at the hotel for 2 nights August 14 - 16, 2014. The hotel is as described and photographed on the website - absolutely gorgeous! The views from the 23rd floor were great. The air conditioning was a welcome treat from the hot weather outside. The bathroom boosts heated floors which are nice for the toes and... More
