The service at this hotel was great, efficient and friendly. The room was quite large and clean enough but smelt of stale smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. Also the road noise from this hotel makes it hard to get a good nights sleep. This hotel is quite far... More

It's easy to find this hotel if you're in a car, and there's no need to drive through the middle of busy Haro. But it does mean you'll have a brisk 20-25 min walk to the centre of town and have to cross the Haro bypass - not too bad at most times of day. The reception and bar staff... More

Stayed here for 2 nights to spend some time in Haro. It's on the outskirts, not in a 'pretty' area, and close to the main road, but with the windows closed there is no road noise problem at night. It's a bit of a hike (15-20mins) into the town, but that's OK on a nice day/evening! Our room had a... More

The hotel is hard to find and is on the outskirts of town. However it is an easy drive to the town or the Bodegas. Muga is about 5 minutes away by car. The rooms are good, there is an OK swimming pool is open. Wifi is good and the staff is nice. The restaurant is OK, but nothing exciting.... More

I was shocked to read your reviews, I stayed in this hotel for one night only as we were on our way to Santiago. The staff just couldn't do enough for you and were very helpful in the restaurant. The rooms were on the small side, and has a swimming pool with no water. I very much enjoyed the food... More

This hotel is quite a hike to the city of Haro. There was no water in the pool and we were told we could not shower during certain hours because of a problem with he hotel water supply. The pillows are awful. The staff was pretty rude and it was not until my third trip to the front desk to... More

Booked in a package deal. We had no idea what kind of hotel this was. The hotel was very, very hard to find. There are sings in the village of Haro. But halfway they're gone. You'll have to find your way yourself. The hotel is found in an industrial area. There's a very busy interstate on the front. The staff... More

The hotel itself is quite old and looks good from the outside and thats where it stops. the rooms themselves are OK, however, the TV did not work, there was no hairdryer in the room and when I asked for one I was told the only one they had was out already. The wardrobes do not have any hangers so... More

The hotel itself was nice and clean, staff helpful and friendly but the restaurant food was a disgrace. Ok, only 16 euros for menu del dia but we couldn't eat it. The chicken was too old to be fit for human consumption. didn't want to pay but agreed to pay 50% as we had starters and drinks. Receptionist was sorry... More

had a good deal to stay here with visit to local bodega included. Hotel somewhat oldfashioned but room ok, TV very old. Free parking but hotel way on outskirts of the town no taxi or bus available so only option to walk, a long way....
