For me this hotel was stunning, the rooms were beautiful and outside each room was a lounge/seating area which was great for relaxing and chatting when the kids where in bed. The centre of the hotel is a covered quadrangle with relaxation areas, funky furniture and lighting. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The receptionist was rude to... More

Like many tourists coming to Haro, we came to Haro to participate in the Wine Battle. The hotel is a great place to stay, and only a short walk from city center to where the buses were staged to take you to the base of the mountain. The room is very comfortable, although if you are bringing lots of electronics... More

The hotel is in a lovely old convent building, with a gorgeous glass roof topping the interior patio. Rooms are arranged around the perimeter. Our room on the 1st floor was a good size, decorated in the classic Spanish style. Two twin beds are put together to make a king. Beds were reasonably comfortable - - pillows were too firm... More

Calm , cool, and very collected. Right in the centre of town this beautiful old building has been very cleverly coverted into a superb hotel. Excellent comfortable rooms, beautifuly furnished, and spotless. A good working restaurant in the hotel too. Excellent service. And to cap it all there's plenty of free overnight parking on the.streets around the building.

Stayed here for the third time in recent years and never disappoints. Beautiful old building, decent rooms with good air con. Recommend asking for a room with a view to the outside rather than one onto the internal atrium as they seem slightly larger and cooler. Staff all friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is well located to walk... More

We had hoped to do several Paradors on our holiday but couldn’t find any in the anticipated style. We didn’t need to – this was more ‘Parador’ than any Parador in northern Spain ! This ex-convent is a beautiful hotel, full of character and a spectacular atrium at its centre. Believe the booking website photos, this is really special, although... More

Well, let me start by saying that the hotel is very unique and the courtyard is lovely. And the breakfast was incredible! However, my husband and I were supposed to spend 2 nights here as part of a wine tour and ended up leaving after the first night because it just wasn't what we had hoped. The staff (EXCEPT the... Room was excellent, had a lovely stay can't praise this hotel enough. Food was great, valet parking was worth it, nice area with a wine tour thrown in. The staff were very helpful with their English but do try your Spanish first. Fernando the barman was great as well.

This hotel is a beauty. The courtyard is spectacular, the service is impeccable. Rooms are large and quiet. Even more amazing, they don't turn off the airconditioning in the middle of the night during summer. Most of the other hotels seem to have this habit of limiting the use of airconditioning. The restaurant is also very good. Love the atmosphere... More
