Great hotel. Spacious room, very friendly staff. Room had a good shower with curtains, vs the half doors so common in Europe. Hotel close to central plaza, where there are good Tascas. There was not a swimming pool- made mistake entering.

We were biking the Camino de Santiago and took a detour into the heart of Rioja. Haro is the Napa of Rioja. This was a very nice hotel, large airy rooms right in the center of town. Service was good, the restaurant was very good. Breakfast with a smile!

Staff are very helpful and the restaurant is lovely and very reasonably priced. We had a flat tyre and they were very helpful in getting it fixed. Brilliant spot for taking in the sun and a great glass of vino!

Friendly helpful staff, nice room - lovely bed, the mattress was one of those expensive "memory" foam kinds which are nice, good shower and bathroom, free wi-fi, great location for central Haro. No air conditioning (though led to believe there was on booking site; this was a problem for me due to a minor medical issue), had room with window facing front of building, & constantly heard loud traffic noise; could easily hear my "neighbors" in other rooms. Unfortuneately,we spent only one night in this extremely cozy hotel. The service was very friendly and the location close to the city center and on a walking distance to the bodegas was perfect. Hopefully we can come back and spend more time in Hotel Arrope!
