A great location with friendly staff. Rooms were quite large once you found them along the mariad of passage ways. Parking was out side the hotel. more

I live in Gibraltar and walk pass this hotel every day. I've stayed in many hotels throughout UK and all of the hotels in Gibraltar. I had booked the place as it was about the cheapest at £80 and I had family and friends coming over so I thought I would save them a few quid. I stayed there with... more

Problem with shower reported and was dealt with straight away. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast plain but fresh and plenty of it.. We love Gibraltar, it has... more

We have just returned from Gibraltar where we stayed for 4 nights at the Bristol. Yes, we did read the reviews before flying from the UK and did have some concerns. That said, we decided to 'take as we found' and we are pleased that we did. The location is excellent, the rooms are dated but have a certain character,... more

I had read on the internet before going how bad this hotel was BUT it was clean and the staff were so courteous, yes the decor needs updating but it is not falling off the walls it is just outdated. Our Air conditioning went in our room, was mentioned to staff and within a bigger room was made available for... more

Rooms full of all sorts of insects.Cleaners do ntohing but changin towels. We stayed there for 6 nights as had no choice (hotel was pre-paid) and breakfast menu... more

I stayed at the Bristol Hotel overnight on a business trip to Gibraltar, and while the staff were very nice and helpful, and the location was great (10 minute walk to the office I was visiting), pretty much everything was absolutely awful. My reservation was for a single room, which is normally fine, but this was the tiniest little box... more

Stayed here for 1 night as the last destination before coming home after an amazing trip travelling Morocco. First impression of outside was good, however the gentleman at reception was surly and uninterested. They had "helpfully" given ourselves and our children rooms on different floors. After finding our rooms through the maze of corridors, we discovered that the easiest way... more
