Excellent location for getting around Gibraltar. Very friendly reception staff, especially the weekend manager and the morning receptionist who gave me tips and directions of where and what to do. We stayed at the Bristol Hotel recently and found it the worst experience ever. Having paid £80 for 1 night (not including breakfast) we were expecting more than a cold room. We asked for a double but got a twin, with no fridge or closet/drawers. It was actually comical and very much like Faulty Towers! more
