Working in Gib and booked into Eliott hotel, it's a very comfortable hotel with large rooms and good facilities. Staff very helpful, and 20 min ride from the airport. Walking distance of the centre for shops and the main square where there are loads of places to either sit with a beer and watch world go by or eat Reasonable... More

We are a family of 6, we enjoyed a very pleasant lunch at the restaurant here, although as only visitors to Gibralter and not staying at the hotel. The food was excellent, the hotel facilities very good, staff were very friendly, be prepared for a little wait as the food is all cooked to order and homemade. Best freshly made... More

This was not our first visit to Gibraltar, but this was our first stay at this hotel. We booked a 7 day 'B & B' package with British Airways, flying from London Heathrow. A taxi from the Airport (lovely new terminal building) took 10 minutes or so and cost £7. Check In was straightforward with minimal formalities Our room was... More

Arrived tired with my family expecting the lovely suite that we had booked, sadly we checked in, went to our 'suite' to find a small, dirty room with extra bed wedged in. When booking we had email confirmation of what was included in our suite, this was wrong! Very misleading, and basically lies, Staff not very helpful at all. Small,... More

This hotel has a great location in Gibraltar center. we stayed for a couple of days with car. Parking is outside however very practical due to location. However the building and furniture really need a refurbishment.. AC is badly installed (literally a hole in the wall were the AC fits), old furniture, AC not fitted to the room size, carpets... I stayed in July and the front desk staff are not trained. They are mainly eastern european and are surly, argumentative and lack any manners. They do not speak good English, or have basic courtesy, and are happy not to make eye contact when you are at the front desk to check in. I asked for a bus timetable and... More

This is our usual residence when staying in Gib during our annual visit, great location. Stayed on the 4th floor this year. Room décor is starting to look a little dated and ideally could do with a facelift/upgrade. This year the quality of front desk staff has improved (apart from one hiccup with our late check out on the final... More

This hotel is in a central location which is ideal for exploring what Gibraltar has to offer. We took the cable car(approx 15min walk from hotel) to the top of the rock & walked down visiting the monkeys, siege tunnels & St Michaels cave, cave is AMAZING well worth a visit.Main Street only 2mins from hotel plenty of shops bars... The room was spacious but the carpet needs a thorough cleaning or better: new carpets. Entering the room it had a bit of that sad smell of very old and dirty hotel carpets. The rest of the room was clean enough and the maid was very friendly. We didn't see a vacuum cleaner at any point -and we did meet... More
