Very smart, well situated hotel. Friendly staff, good size room. The dining room has one of the best views in Gibraltar, the Rock on one side and the Mediterranean on the other - and the breakfasts are quite good.

Great central location, staff all very friendly, helpful and attentive, good variety of quality, fresh items at breakfast and special requirements (eg decaf coffee, poached eggs instead of scrambled) were immediately met with no fuss. Room on 3rd floor was spacious, clean and comfortable. Public areas were pleasant and quiet enough to work in. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Great location in Gibralter for shopping and sighseeing. However would not recommend to my discerning clients. Hotel is in dire need of TLC. Rooms ok. However old fashioned. It the little things that some guests look for. Management need to look at tea and coffee tray. The brand is cheap and awful. Could not even finish coffee made. Coving in... More

Great hotel, lovely friendly staff, breakfast on the top floor with the pool with amazing views across the harbour. On the down side woken up first morning at 6 and 6.30 by false fire alarm and third morning at 6 by industrial pressure washing of square outside, soooo loud but I guess not the hotel's fault. Staff at breakfast did... More

We stayed for 4 nights in mid April 2015, as a family with 1 child. We shared a room. The hotel is really centrally located and ideal for access to the Main Street shops and most experiences. This, without doubt, is the major positive for this hotel. However, anyone used to the 'polish' offered by the bigger (and arguably blander)... More

Great spot right in the centre of town. Very attentive service in beautiful building. Ideal place for a quiet business meeting over coffee. The surround square is a very pretty location. I will make this a regular haunt in future and strongly recommend it to others.

This hotel really couldn't be in a better position for everything in Gibraltar. Just off Main St and no more than 20 mins walk to many lovely restaurants. Staff are efficient and friendly and our room was extremely comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We felt that the evening meal whilst tasty and with amazing views was overpriced considering the... More

The hotel has the great location just free steps from Main Street. If you go there by car, the narrow roads and crossings are bit challenging. A stunning view from the roof-top restaurant, where the breakfast was served. The room was quite basic, nothing too fancy, but enough for us. Wi-fi wasn't free.

Really nice hotel in a good location with easy walking distance from Main Street. Very clean and breakfast and meals we bought in the bar were excellent. Our room was a superior room and technically had a sea view although it looked out over a back street. Might have been a better view from a higher floor.Thought it was a... More
