This was my second time at the Hotel Herradura and both times my experience has been excellent. As soon as you arrive, you find this really helpful staff who try to help you in any way possible. Besides helping with the luggage, they got us some bottles of water, which they took to our room.
The hotel is very clean and at night they make your bed and put a chocolate in your nighttable. You can use the computer free of charge. They have a parking (paying) nearby and all the things you want to see in Santiago are walking distance (10 minutes).
One night the students were a bit noisy but this was the only time
