Very good value. 35 euros a night for a single room in July 2014. Very clean, excellent Wi-Fi in room and in lounge. Shower was great and it is over a small bath. Hairdryer in bathroom. Air con in the bedroom which was fantastic as the temperature was over 30 degrees outdoors. Bed very comfortable. Lovely polished wooden floors. TV... More

My husband and I stayed here in June and found it to be excellent. The location is close enough to the centre to be walkable but far enough away to be quiet. It's also easy access to the train station. The hostel is very secure, more like an apartment building and very clean and comfortable. I'd recommend it and would... More

A lovely hotel, 10 - 15 mins from the train station, the cathedral and the Campus del Sur - I was in Santiago for a week's study and needed a room for a night before I could check in to the uni halls. Mexico was great - very helpful staff (with multiple maps!), a lovely clean room, and quiet neighbours.... More

OK hotel in a suburb close to the old town 15-20 min walk. Parking available underneath for a fee. Various cafes /shops nearby are available for breakfast/shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are small.

It is a hotel located approx. 15 minutes walk from the cathedral in a few floors of a usual building (in this case 3 floors). However, Mexico differs from most of such hotels. In particular, you do not have a feeling like you are going to visit and disturb somebody at home. The whole building looks like a hotel and... More

It is located ca. 20 minutes walking from cathedral. Staff are very polite and helpfull. Hotel is located in complex with several apartements. It was a very nice and big balcony in the room. But the big problem is that walls are from paper. You can absoluttly hear every thing. Difficult to sleep or relax.

Good position for us close to the railway station but that means a bit of a walk (19 minutes or so) from the cathedral etc. you can't have everything. Lots of cafés, bars and supermercados nearby so very convenient. Rooms clean and bedding comfortable. We were cold the first night (Queenslanders!) so they turned the heating on for us and... More

We stayed at the Mexico PR in late April and early May of 2014 and found it quite nice. It had been remodeled some time in the past with a view toward permanence. Everything was solid and worked as designed. The staff was more than helpful. As always my wife and I look for a place that is Clean: and... More
