Nice turn down service which hotels don't seem to do anymore. Good location for walking into the town with it's warren of cobbled streets &... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in March, and we are leaving today. But before we go we wanted to make sure that sure that this hotel review was completed. From the minute that Lois welcomed us to the hotel on Sunday to this minute, every person who works here has been extremely friendly, generous with their time, and helpful.... More

Just over 100 meters from de Obradoiro square. This old monastery building has turned into a superb hotel; it has character, quality and good "ambience". Staff are helpful and the cuisine (both breakfast and other meals) was exquisite.

Great location, can walk to everything in the old city. Cool old building with large rooms. Bad shower - strange shower head sent water all over the bathroom. Free parking is a big plus if you have a car. Staff is very helpful.

We wanted to stay in good accommodation where we could park the car yet be within walking distance of the cathedral. This hotel proved ideal. It was not an easy place to find as my sat nav could not locate it, a few journeys around the town and we found it. The converted monastery still retains an air of tranquillity... More

this historical building has been restaured in a sober way (in an almost spiritual way, as the history of the building), but with good quality materials. A magical experience, very close to the center of town

San Francisco is a four star hotel that must be a five one. Located in a historic building fully renovated inside but preserves the the original facade of it as the wall structures. the decoration is a mix of classic and modern. You will feel like in the past but with the comfort of our time. the standard room is... More

but they really miss a few opportunities to be better than they are. We love staying in old buildings and are always prepared to cut them some slack in terms of what can be achieved, especially as scheduled buildings, but this one falls rather too short. Its not as if they haven't made some valuable efforts to modernise. The lifts and... More

This was a lovely place to rest after finishing the Camino. It is a block from the Plaza de Obradoires and tucked into a lovely pocket of the old town. The reception personnel were great, the room was wonderful- especially the bathroom. The breakfast was sumptuous if a bit pricey. The only thing was THE INTERNET DID NOT WORK. There... More
