A very nice hotel to finish our Camino walk and enjoy a couple of days R&R.Room fairly small but well appointed with a lovely bathroom.Just outside our room and the other rooms in this section is a very comfortable area for relaxing.Indoor swimming pool was heated and the jacuzzi massaged some tired legs. The terrace area was a delightful area to... A nice hotel, close to the square, but just far enough away to be nice and quite. The hotel is a little broken up, so it is often a long walk to get where you are going. The room was small, but pleasant and well appointed. It was great to have the pool after completely the Camino. The included breakfast... More

We stayed here as a party of four for three nights. The hotel is beautifully situated former monastery about 300 metres from the cathedral square in the centre of Santiago de Compostela. We arrived by car and our luggage was immediately removed and whisked up to the rooms, whilst the car itself was parked in the secure and private car... More

I travel rather often for pleasure but especially for work. I'm always on the road. I have stayed at my fair share of hotels. I have rarely witnessed such stellar customer service as the customer services provided at this hotel. While at the hotel, I had my credit/debit card information stolen. Not only did they help me file a police... More

Hotel very convenient to university and Cathedral. Reception staff very helpful. Free parking which was a total surprise. Hard wood floors everywhere but rooms, which were not big but adequate were quiet. Beds pretty hard and certainly not the kind you sink into. Banqueting meals were good. Room prices varied depending on the day of the week. Breakfast was the... More

You can not beat the location of this hotel. It is a stone's throw away from the cathedral and all nice things this city has to offer. Private parking comes in very handy as well. Room to me was a bit of a let down. More like a slightly upmarket hostel than a 4 star hotel. Bathrooms definitely need a... More

We stayed in this hotel for a few days in the middle of August and thought it was wonderful! The hotel has been beautifully renovated keeping some lovely features from its monastic past but filling it with all the mod cons. It's maze-like inside which we really liked, there there so many interesting corners and features to explore. The staff... More

Renovated rooms in an old building. It was stunning, comfortable, and very clean. My room was quiet. Attended a wedding venue and the location was perfect. Pity about the weather/rain. Steps away from tourist attractions.

Fantastic place and service for a top hotel. Food and surroundings are quite spectacular and fun. The building is part of the monastery? And they keep it beautifully. Looked at rooms and they all seemed really excellent too. friends who stayed rated it as very comfortable. Would book it to stay next time also due to handy location.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. We chose this property for its historic past and location. We were not disappointed! The staff was most helpful and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning so our room was not ready. The front desk staff took care of our luggage, provided us with a map of Santiago, and directions... More
