Excellent pension. Modern building and very clean. The front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful in restaurant suggestions. The pensione is in a modern part of town about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the cathedral. It is 5 minutes walk down to the railway station (10 minutes uphill from the station with luggage :-)) and has a... More

What a fabulous place! Within 10 minutes walk of the old town in a quiet neighborhood within very easy walking of the station. The staff were excellent, the breakfast amazing and the rooms, though small, comfortable. Be prepared for a small, but manageable shower and bathroom. Very hard to beat this place for value. We loved it.

A superb stay with really helpful staff, a lovely room and a great location just a short walk (5 mins) from the old part of the city. Breakfast was plentiful and the free afternoon tea/coffee and cake was a really delightful touch. The man on reception spoke good English and couldn't have been more helpful. we tried to stay another... More

Stayed here for a 2 night break with my husband. Our room was quite compact but bearing in mind we were only there 2 nights, and also we were out sightseeing most of the day & evening it didn't pose any problems. The continental breakfast served downstairs was also more than adequate.

Nice and clean rooms, at very affordable prices. The staff is very nice and they will help you with whatever you need. They have a very good breakfast, during the afternoon and evening they give free coffee and cake to their guests and have wi-fi included in their fees (not as common as you might think for a country like... My 4th visit to Santiago and thanks to a trip advisor review we came across this lovely Hotel. Just a perfect retreat for a few days. Rooms spacious and spotless- with air condition-and a very efficient power shower; very friendly reception (David is brilliant!) and complementary tea/coffee and Santiago cake when you come back in the late (€3) leaves right... Spent 5 nights in this wonderful hotel. Spotlessly clean room, linen and towels. Only thing lacking was a hair dryer in the room but you can borrow one from reception .q Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. The afternoon tea buffet was excellent and a lovely way to relax and chat about the day.... More

Spent the last night of our walk, and the next, at this delightful hotel five minutes outside of the Old Town. Although the rooms were a bit small, the were very comfortable and clean. There was a complimentary afternoon Tea, and the Breakfast Buffet was one of the best. Very friendly Staff. Recommended.

We would agree with all previous reviews that describe this hotel as clean, quiet and accommodating. We had been on an organised walk/bus trip along the Camino. We never pretended to be Pilgrims and enjoyed our 10kM a day, walking from Burgos. We had been to Santiago for day visits over the past 20 years but never experienced walking any... More

Stayed two nights after completing the Camino. Reception was very friendly and informative. With the key a card was given with all hotel info including the wifi password. I had a single room which as clean and spacious. The bath had a shower rather than a tub, but was very modern. Breakfast is served from 7:30 until 10:00. There is... More
