The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the historic quarter and cathedral area. We stayed in a Superior room (Room 102 "Dante Alighieri") for 2 nights. Okay, it's not the big hotel experience but it is comfortable, very close to the cathedral, and very pleasant service. Even provided dressing gowns. Our room did give out onto an alleyway which suffered from noisy students at night so poor sleep quality.

We got the small room and it was very small, even for European standards, maybe good for one person or two little people.
