Upon arrival, we took the airport bus to Plaza Galicia. The hotel is a mere 5 minute walk from the bus stop. It is an 11 minute walk to the cathedral. Location is the best asset of this Araguaney. However, there were details that made us unhappy. In particular, their personnel are generally uninterested in their guests. About a month... More

We stayed here for there nights booked through the web at a discount. The Hotel is lively - 5 mins walk to the old town and the lovely restaurants and cathedral. Great breakfast - even scrambled eggs. All served in the ground floor cafe. We had a room on the 4th floor with a huge double bed, Very clean and... More

We booked in here for a 4 night city break. The interior of the hotel belies the rather mundane unattractive exterior. The reception area is floored with highly polished marble flooring and the lobby has very comfortable seating. The rooms were really big, the beds comfortable and the bathroom spotless. We asked for a quiet room so we were given... More

We stayed here one night after 5 days in Galicia, before our return to U.K ,what is good is the location, and helpful staff, but we rated it low for following , no effective A/C room was stuffy, high charges for Wifi which for me automatically down rates a hotel these days , and getting down just before 9 in... Stayed here for one night prior to transferring to sarria to start our camino. The hotel was very well appointed and the room was large and warm. Fluffy robes, Hair dryer, and bath products a nice addition! The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast 12€ was good value with exceptional coffee and great juice selection. Would most defiantly... More

This place was a pleasant surprise for me and my wife. We spent there three nights and were impressed by the friendly atmosphere and staff, combined with a perfect location (close to the old City yet easy to access). They have a convenient underground parking, cosy lobby café, quite exotic style (eclectic to some extent, with Moorish elements, but interesting).... More

This hotel is in a great location less than a 5 min walk from the bustling streets that surround the Cathedral. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were luxurious and huge. Close to lots of shops, restaurants, cafés and bars, it fulfilled all our expectations. Parking under the hotel was very convenient. The café next door... More

Room was a good size for three adults. Didn't think much of the pool which was the main reason we picked this hotel, insects swimming put me off. Bar was very quiet. Hotel was in a nice area only 5 mins from old town. Didn't live up to its 5 star rating.

Stayed with the 3yr old in a huge room on floor 6 (kingsize bed plus fold-out sofa), very quiet at the back & top floor. Fast free wifi, convenient location for parks, old town/cathedral, supermarkets on the doorstep. Very friendly & helpful staff. Enjoyed the pool though it's unheated and 1.6m deep throughout, so a bracing swim rather than relaxing... More

Recently I was in Santiago Compostela for a congress. I stayed in this hotel. Nice location. The rooms of 1st floor are noisy. The breakfast are not 5 stars level but there are gluten free products. There is a problematic wifi which was free. The hotel is very near old town and of course only 5 minutes from The cathedral... More
