I have stayed 2 nights in this hotel (I wish I have stayed longer) for business purposes. I can sympathise with the guest who felt let down by the pool and air-con issues. We stayed there in July and these were both available but would have been very unhappy if they hadn't. The stay was excellent my only fault is that room service is not available 24/7. more
