After a week going through quite crappy hotels who rate themselves with 4-5 stars, I was doubtful about this one, with only 3 stars. But what a surprise!!!!! This is a new hotel, perhaps 3 or 4 years and the decoration is super exquisite. The bathrooms are pristine with fantastic pressure on the shower. Cleanliness is top notch. Super comfortable... Staff and service were very good and location perfect in the heart of the old town. On the downside, it seems we didn't understand what we were paying for regarding our room. We thought we had booked a king size bed but it was only a double and quite hard for our taste. The room itself was probably the smallest... More

I'm in my late forties and just finished walking the Camino from Sarria alone. I didn't want to stay in an Albuergue, so I checked into here because it looked tasteful and was priced well. The staff is lovely, helpful, and professional. The hotel is very quiet even though it is on a busy side street. The cathedral bells can... More

Excellent staff and accommodations, great breakfasts, centrally located in the old City 2 minutes to the Cathedral. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by and the best shopping is just minutes away. The staff went far beyond what is normally expected in dealing with my lost luggage. They even helped out when the charger for my iPhone died.

We recently stayed 3 nights here and overall I am pleased we did. It was a little difficult to find from where the airport bus dropped us off but if you head for the cathedral then you won't be far from it. The room was much smaller than I was expecting and had no views at all, however we were... More

What a find, we arrived in Santiagio de Compostela without hotel reservations , I went into the old town and checked out a few hotels and decided to stay here , the receptionist showed me a room and I loved it straight away and said yes , after getting our luggage she said she gave us another room , it... Excellent staff, unique rooms with all details, superb location and very good rates! We shall return! The breakfast rituals were finely detailed by an experienced and creative chef! Our stay was an extended visit and this hotel's location within a 5 min walk parking, helped us to visit multiple Galician towns nearby. We recommend it highly!

I was just 2 nights but it's a place to recommend. Nice, cosy, you can hear the bells of the cathedral. Nice staff. Impossible to find anything to complain about. It's the place I will book every time I have to go to Santiago.
