The location of the hotel is superb and it is a beautiful building. The room was equally delightful. Only a small point - but I would have enjoyed watching an English language or news channel. I booked the hotel primarily on the title " Gastronomico " after a 5 day hiking stint on the Camino De Santiago I wanted "... More

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and well kept. Our room was 205 which overlooked the restaurant terrace at the rear of the hotel, so occasionally there was a little noise from there, but nothing too bad. The room had a small sitting area, very comfy beds and a spacious bathroom. There could have been a little more storage space for bits... More

I wish we could have stayed longer! A wonderful experience from beginning to end. A beautiful room with amazing views, kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast is a treat, you have to do it! We'll be back, and next time we'll stay a little longer!

Terrific hotel, great breakfast nice large quiet room on the backside of the of the hotel. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are well equipped with nice beds. Cleaning staff does magnificent work. Breakfast staff really helps you start up the day with coffee and fresh orange juice. Small hotel in the old city couldn't be better located. We arrived... More

The hotel is great. Excellent position, the superior room we had was comfortable with a small sitting area added on. But some people miss the other ingredient - service. We arrived and waited 5 minutes having rung the bell - with people going past between the kitchen and the upstairs outdoor eating area. Eventually, we were greeted by the person... More

We have just spent two wonderful nights in this superb hotel. It is in a brilliant location, close to everything. It is well equipped, wifi in rooms (free). The rooms are wonderful with l'occitane toiletries. The beds are very comfortable with beautiful bedlinen. The staff are superb, especially the chef who was fantastically knowledgeable about wines and gave great recommendations.... More

Fantastic location. Room on front next to church bells on a Sunday isn't great if you want a sleep in is the only down side to the room itself!! Staff weren't the friendliest but we weren't in the hotel too often anyway. Tried to eat at the hotel twice but told it was fully booked when there wasn't a sole... More

Would highly recommend this hotel! Spacious, clean, comfortable and rooms in an ideal central location. A little tricky to navigate a car to but be brave and drive up to the door, it is allowed even if the street signs say otherwise! The hotel was good for a couple as it felt very romantic stepping out into the little cobbled... More

We stayed as a family of four (kids aged 5 and 8) for one night, in 2 rooms. We were delighted with the hotel - brilliant location and a beautiful hotel. Lovely decor - elegant without being pretentious. Great breakfast (euro 8 PP). I would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed here for 6 Days for a relaxing trip to Santiago with small child (6 years). The hotel is well located, less than 300m from the cathedral and not too close to it, as to be very quiet. Booked with booking.com And got the same discounted fare given by the hotel. We got a 4th floor room with amazing... More
