My sister and I stayed here at the end of walking the Camino. San Miguel is one if the most charming hotels I have ever stayed in. It is in the old town of Santiago de Compostela and has wonderful views over the city and the cathedral. For the staff nothing is too much trouble. Everything is spotlessly clean, the... More

This small boutique hotel was a fantastic find, and helped make my week in Santiago de Compostela highly enjoyable. It's in a GREAT location, just a winding lane or two from the Cathedral and the big plazas, and a stone's throw from some excellent little bistros. My room was huge, with hardwood floors, comfortable bedding, L'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom... More

During our recent visit we occupied a large twin room. The room, bathroom and especially the beds were great. The breakfast buffet too was plentiful. However the location, just behind the cathedral was outstanding. Everything was within a short walking distance. The only thing to complain about was that the internet connection in the hotel was so slow, that any... More

I stayed here for just one night B&B. First impressions were excellent it's a small hotel with an amazing receptionist Luisa. Very friendly Lady with great patience as my Spanish leaves a lot to be desired. I got the room with the best view in the house on the top floor, the only guest room on this floor, that is what... The historical centre of Santiago is pretty small but still it was handy to be in the middle of it - if anything to pick/drop jackets and umbrellas following the whims of the weather. The design has been well done, the rooms are spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the conditioning was set for heating only and... More

We did not stay in the hotel but ate in the restaurant. We were certainly not disappointed. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Wine choice was good and recommended by the helpful staff. Having done our best to understand the spainish menu outside we were offered an English version inside, which was helpful but the food was definitely high class... More

Stayed for three nights. We received an upgrade and early check in was not a trouble before noon. Reception staff is very kind. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The location is great, about 10 min walk from "airport shuttle bus". Plenty of restaurants and tapas places around, the cathedral few minutes... More

Nice and spacy room, with closed balcony. Great patio in the backyard. Nice decor. I didn´t use the restaurant but seemed sophisticated. Only a small walk to the cathedral and other Santiago landmarks. Suitable for couples.

My sister and I stayed for one night before walking from Santiago to Finisterre. The hotel was in a great location, the room was lovely, the staff very helpful and the price was excellent value for money. We were staying in Santiago for 2 nights after our walk before returning home and had treated ourselves to one of the luxury... More

We stayed for five days and the only problem we encountered was that there were no carpets in the very well appointed bedrooms! This means that if the person above you happens to wear high heel shoes, then you will hear them! Apart from that I could not fault the place. Great location for the wonderful part of the old...
