The hostal is well located for the old city and Cathedral is a 5 minute walk. Bedrooms were clean and well kept, but check if you want ensuite as most rooms seem to have shared bathrooms. The restaurant was great , set in an inner courtyard well planted offering an intimate dining experience. Food was good with a wide selection... More

Great way to end the Camino de Santiago! Convenient location in the historic district. Friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. Our room was clean and comfortable. Lunch in the peaceful garden was delicious. Casa Felisa was one of the most pleasant accommodations we stayed at during our multi-city trip to Spain. We would definitely stay there... More

The hostel is very nice and i would hardly recomend it. It was a little difficult to find in the first place, but once is really close to the main important points of the city. We booked a private room that was very nice, with clean towels on ghe arrive and no extra charge for it. The bathrooms, althought shared,... More

The peaceful atmosphere in the garden is restorative after the excitement of attending the Pilgrim Mass at the Cathedral and the crowds surging in the square and down the narrow streets. We enjoyed great food (grilled fish) and wine and went there twice during our six-night stay.

We had a delightful lunch at this shady, pretty restaurant not far from the magnificent Cathedral of Santiago. Get there early or book as there was a continuous stream of diners from about 13.30. Good gaspacho followed by grilled hake and an excellent watercress, walnut and blue cheese salad most satisfactory. Decent selection of sound wines by the glass, all... More

Did not stay here, but glimpsed the "secret garden" eating area in the indoor courtyard while walking past and decided to have dinner. The fish was beautifully cooked and the house wine was perfect. Idyllic surroundings. We sat under a huge camelia tree, which turns out to be over 200 years old! All kinds of trees and flowers grow here,... More

We stayed here at the end of our Camino walk and were delighted. One of the people I was with had stayed before so we had an idea what to expect. However, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel side of the business is really just a one star type of accomodation but ticked all the boxes. Comfortable room and toilet... More

I stayed here 2 nights upon completing the Camino De Santiago. I paid 18 Euro per night for a room with a double bed + desk + wardrobe. I did have to share a bath but there was never a wait. The rooms have a lot of character. They have a stone wall+ wooden beams on the ceiling. TV in... More

Stayed 1 night before taking bus next morning to Ferrol to begin Camino Ingles and then stayed 2 nights when I had finished the Camino at the end of the week. Decent enough place to stay. Handy for the centre of the city and the cathedral. Room was clean and tidy and comfortable. Shared bathroom/shower room always clean. Twin room,... More
