Great Hotel right in the center of Santiago, but in a very quiet neighbourhood. Good breakfast, great rooms (the one on the last floor is incredible) and beautiful design. The Staff is amazing: helpful, friendly, very very kind (specially Ariana!). it was a lovely weekend!

Fantastic newly renovated hotel with a great location, close to the beautiful old town of Santiago! Very friendly and service minded staff and the rooms are clean and nicely designed. This little hotel is a great choice for your stay! Book it!

This hotel has been designed right down to the very last chair. It’s truly beautiful & everything fits together harmoniously. This does mean occasionally the chairs, say, owe more to form than function but that hardly matters. The internal courtyard & public areas are lovely, as are the rooms. I suppose it is only 2* because of the limited facilities... More

Loo it's a great place to stay: helpful, friendly staff, ideal location, nice breakfast. But really, it's a Phillip Stark designed hotel, so, sometimes concept trumps comfort. Like, it's clever to have one door for both the bathroom and the shower, but that means you can't close the bathroom door when you take a shower. So non-intimant travelling partners take... More

The hotel is really a design concept. Sometimes the design is a victory of form over function. In the first room I stayed in there were no curtains. Instead there was a huge sliding wall that slid over the window. Result, no ventilation. The second room I was in was more conventional. Still the deign is pretty to look at.... More

Although the rooms are smallish, it was more than made up for by the staff, particularly Natalia. It is just up the steps from the monastery and the cathedral and there is a fantastic restaurant (the name of which has escaped me) just up the block. Hard to locate, but once you get close, just park in the public garage,... More

This very contemporary small hotel is perfectly located in old Santiago. A very helpful staff, nearby, discounted parking garage, and very comfortable rooms make this an ideal choice. 24 hour coffee and fruit bowl plus delicious buffet breakfast choices add another level of comfort.

As I was walking from the bus station I happened upon Hotel Costa Vella, a sister hotel to Hotel Moure, located across the corner from Hotel Moure. I was greeted by a very friendly chap who was very welcoming. I asked about rooms and he indicated that they just had a cancellation of a single room and it is the... More

We loved this hotel. Airy, light, excellent staff, good breakfast, free drinks and fruit, comfortable beds, good location at edge of pedestrianised area. No outside space but you can visit the hotel down the road in their family for a coffee in their beautiful garden. Recommended. Parking is bit tricky though - popular parking spot for people then wanting to... More

The hotel is really great with very funny architectural structure. The staff is really kind, always ready to help you for any problems. Rooms big and soft beds: expecilly appreciated after so many kilometers of waking. Here you will sure have a nice stay.
