I had to end my Camino experience early due to an injury. When I arrived at Hotel Moure, limping and exhausted, I was welcomed with open arms, kindness, and a level of Tender Loving Care that I have never experienced before at a hotel. Natalia Caetano, hotel staff, helped me to setup a full day bus tour (since walking was... More

We stayed here on 06th October 2014 after finishing a four day walk into Santiago de Compostela. One of our party of five picked up some sort of bug earlier in the day outside Santiago and had to get a taxi straight to the hotel. Thankfully he was greeted by Roberto who immediately ensured an extra room was provided for... More

The location is great and the staff is very nice and welcoming. I stayed at the roof room which is supposed to be very special and it is. However, the entire aura of the hotel is cold, the chairs are not welcoming or comfortable. I felt very lonely in the room as the grey/white modern decor is not cosy at... More

The hotel is in a good location, a few minutes walk away from the cathedral. The complimentary bottled water in the fridge in the room was very welcomed as was the tea, coffee and water that was provided in reception. Having read the reviews about the shared bathroom/shower door we contacted the hotel before booking and were informed that they... More

The hotel is in a quiet part of the old down, only a five-minutes-or-so walk to the cathedral. Hotel Moure has the modern decor so popular in Spain, which means it has a 'brutalist' interior with hard edges and minimal privacy in the shower or toilet. It also has a bright orange safety light that you can't turn off at... More

This hotels saving grace is the staff they were all fantastic. A modern hotel which is trying too hard and in the end little things spoil your stay. I did not find one comfortable chair in either the room or communal area, there was no headboard to the bed in our room, which if you want to read in bed... More

This modern boutique hotel is on the fringe of the old city in a quiet street but only 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. Natalie is a fantastic host who is very warm and welcoming. She has an espresso machine in a common area where you can sit and relax. The included breakfast is continental only, but very nice with... More

Inside an unassuming building on a quiet street, this modern -- indeed, modernist -- hotel is a welcome sight. We found it a pleasant counterbalance to the ancient rituals of the old city with its huge church and flood of pilgrims. The bed and bath were new and comfortable, and an enclosed balcony running the length of the room gave... More

This place isn't bad but it is a bit pretentious, the architect has clearly wanted to make a statement, the most obnoxious proof of which is the fact that there is no way to go to the bathroom without being seen by other inhabitants of your room through all the mirrors and see through walls. If you want slightly dated,... More

Great Hotel right in the center of Santiago, but in a very quiet neighbourhood. Good breakfast, great rooms (the one on the last floor is incredible) and beautiful design. The Staff is amazing: helpful, friendly, very very kind (specially Ariana!). it was a lovely weekend!
