As far as I beleive it is the only 4/5 star hotel in Ceuta. As it is Ceuta is very small spanish colony inside Morocco approx 1 hour by ferry from mainland Spain. If it's not strictly necessary to stay overnight in Ceuta, I would suggest to avoid the Tryp (formerly, a Melià Comfort). A beautiful hall, actually. But stuffy rooms and a terrible service.
