The Hotel is far more modern internally that it appears from the outside. It is conveniently situated close to the old city and has the benefit of an underground car - reached from a side road but accessable from within the hotel. the staff were all very friendly, the room spacious and clean. Excellent value for money.

Stayed one night early December in the 4 star part of the hotel. Everything excellent. Modern and comfortable room, very nice and clean. Very good location with a short walk to the old city quarters. Highly recommended.

A clean and comfortable room at a very reasonable price. Be sure you stay at the GRAN ULTONIA as the rest of the hotel is older. This part is very modern and well maintained. As we were driving north to France from Barcelona, it was a good place to stop for a night and visit the town. Parking was easy.

We stayed three nights in this very modern and comfortable hotel. The location is excellent for touring Girona and the staff were very helpful...their restaurant recommendations were superb. Rooms are a good size, clean, and enjoyable. We opted to go out for breakfasts as the hotel is rather expensive in that category.

This hotel was the perfect base for our 4 night trip to Girona. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the bus/train station and a 5 minute walk to one of the bridges that take you across the river and into the old town.
