Ok Hotel - good location. Not a very helpful front staff though. Neither one of them could recommend a gluten-free restaurant, not accommodate a gluten-free breakfast. Sad, since one of the very first restaurants you come to, offers completely gluten-free options! Attitudes weren't great - not the friendliest bunch. Hotel room was average. Would neither recommend nor not recommend. It... More

Stayed one night, we were luckily upgraded to a mini suite. Nice clean hotel with friendly reception staff. Small points, safe in room was in a cupboard but not bolted down, the roof terrace did not open till 8pm, apparently according to the excessive heat ! When we did use it we has the entire terrace to ourselves, with a... More

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was nice. We had a room which had views over the cathedral and the old town. The room was clean and a good size and the shower was amazing. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and pleasant. Parking was expensive (14 Euros per night in hotel carpark), so we... More

We had a one night stopover in this hotel on our way to Barcelona. We found it spacious and very clean and central. The staff made us very welcome and having a car park was a bonus as we lease a vehicle. Breakfast was more than sufficient even offering champagne. Could not fault this hotel. Everything it advertises and more.

We had a great experience at the Ultonia. Myself, my wife and two boys stayed two nights and found it to have a great location perfect for exploring Girona. The family room had a separate room for the boys which was great. There were no views and we did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that aspect,... More

My wife and I stayed overnight in this hotel whilst en route to Barcelona and back to the UK at the end of a holiday. The hotel is very well situated, being roughly halfway between the railway/bus station and the old historical part of the town - just a few minutes walk either way. Staff were efficient, courteous, helpful and spoke... More

We were a little concerned that our internet booking through a well advertised company was non refundable. Now we know why! A wonderful entrance and reception deteriorated once we left the lifts. Our room was past the service lift and consisted of two separate rooms. The first had two beds in it, leading to another large room with two more... More

To be honest, I was a little nervous as we approached this hotel on our motorcycles. The neighborhood coming toward the hotel did not look too good, but once we found the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of motorcycle parking right out front. We grabbed our bags and checked in. The lobby is nicely appointed with a TV showing... More

The reception is very kind and helpful - and I was pleased that my room was already available when I arrived. The rooms are spacious and the shower is great. No tub. The aircon works perhaps a little too well. The hotel is well located - only a two block walk from the main square with many good restaurants and... More
