Barcelona is the Mecca of architectonic realness, and Catalonia Avinyo is sure a great place with a great location. The service was great and helped me in all my requirements as a guest. Including helping me pick some good places around the city to go to.

My wife and i stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, the only bad thing here is the noise made in the outside alley ways, but some ear plugs fixed that one. and the room could do with a kettle, great value for money, great location, with a small supermarket 30 seconds away,highly recommeded stay.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights starting Feb 14 2013. Location is excellent, right in the Gothic Quarter but within easy walking distance of many attractions. Its really a good place to stay in Barcelona the location is perfect the rooms are very clean and good sized the service of the team at the front desk its amazing specially from Eva. Definitely i recommend it and will be staying here every time i come back to barcelona

We felt happy choosed this hotel after we've changed our room from double (which was very small and without a window) to twin and we didn't pay extra. Room was with modern interior, nice bath room, comfortable bad and french little balkong. No comments about a bar/kitchen because we eat in nearest coffees. We can recommend it sure.
