There is frankly nothing I can say about this hotel which is positive. Close to the highway, so noisy. Close to Montserrat - about 25 minutes by car. Nothing around to see or do. Nice dinner buffet - cheap and good food. Internet (WiFi) only in the lobby. Still some works in the hotel. Maybe they will make it better.

Well, the mountain view was nice and the room was okay, but the air condition apart of cooling gave every 5 minutes a drilling noise, thus, sleeping was impossible. Is this the way to economize the rental? In addition, the lady at the reception was unable to let us an additional sheet. Egon (nickname)

Staying in El Raval

Neighborhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
