It was a lovely room . The staff were very friendly and was in an excellent and quiet location near Paseo de Gracia and Sagrada Familia. The spa facilities near the hotel was lovely. Can't wait to return in the summer.

I stayed twice in 10 days at this hotel! Once again Ihad a great experience! LOvely and very helpfull front staff! Great rooms and location. 10 min from centre and 15 min from Barri Gothica! Good restaurants around the hotel! Highly recommeded!

This was our first time to Barcelona, first impressions of the hotel looked reasonable. Staff were very helpful, nice and friendly, willing to help. Room was clean, and had nice double bed with a lovely massive shower room the only thing that wasn't great was the poor view, but we didn't mind as we spent little time in the room.... More

Stayed for two nights on a work visit. Nicely presented hotel in good condition. Rooms on the small side, but comfortable. Great bathroom with huge shower. Beds on the very firm side, but still comfortable. Facilities include safe, room controlled air con, plenty of storage, large TV, mini bar, but no tea and coffee facilities (common in Barcelona). Breakfast was... More

Our first time to Barcelona, first impressions of the hotel were it looked reasonable. Check in staff not overly helpful and didn't provide much information on arrival. Room was clean, but poor view not a big issue as we spent little time in the room, really struggled with no iron all weekend so recommend you take one as they have... More

Was here on a business trip for a few days and as a base, it was a good location for the trip. However the room was very small and not having an iron or board in the room was a problem. Having to make use of an iron service wasn't exactly what I expect from a hotel, especially one that... More

What is wrong with those Boutique hotels -wanna be? Boutique is about about small, edgy, interesting, contemporary. I didn't understand where 987 Barcelona hotel wanted to position itself. It started with the reception .. The lady didn't seem to be bothered. Rooms are tired, old and not particularly clean (how much does it cost to repaint few marks on the... More

Stayed here for a weekend visit to barcelona Funky styling in a traditional building. It's clean and tidy even if the quality isn't fantastic It's more a good 3 star than the claimed 4 star Not a bad location but not as central as expected or as convenient The central h10 hotels are better located. It's acceptable. Nothing to praise... More

Was here for two nights in a business trip and really only used it as a base to sleep. Location is good and staff are friendly and helpful, particularly the bar maid wit curly hair (didn't get her name) who makes great g&ts. The rooms were quite small and compact and I had no water or electricity on my first... More

The worse hotel ever! The worse housekiping staff on earth!!!! The hotel is far from Barcelona life, is close to Sagrada familia that is it. Room with view on room in front, nothing else... you can try to reach the reception by calling thé "9" they never answer.

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
