A modern hotel with a touch of old charm. Set just off the Rambles it is within easy touch of everything you would want to see. rooms were spacious and the bathrooms ultra stylish. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay here May 2015. The room we had has 1 double bed and 2 single bed. The room is spacious. It is comfortable. It is at a very convenient location. We can walk to La Rambla and Picasso Museum. our room also have breakfast included. Breakfast meets expectations. Your fruits / eggs / sausage / cold cut / bread is... More

The location is the only redeeming feature of this hotel. We stayed one night for a work trip, the rooms cost around £100 per night and I though this was poor value for money. The rooms were tired and dated. Basic service was rubbish - My colleague was given a box room with pealing wallpaper and no windows so asked... More

We arrived to this hotel in March and couldn't be happier with our decision to stay there. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the breakfast is good. La Rambla street is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and there are many pubs and restaurants in the area. Our only problem was with the bathroom door which from some... More

When we first arrived, the staff is very friendly and the lobby smells of a nice flowery scent. However, the hotel is very dark with black walls with only a few red and white accents. Everything about the hotel was small, from the elevator to the room. In America, we are accustomed to having two double beds but here in... More

This was the first time I had visited Barcelona, Spain. I was traveling with my husband AND our little 12 lb. Terrier..and experienced traveler. My hotel room was calm and clean. During the daytime boys played foot ball on the inner yards. Certainly some talents around. After I left the hotel in rush I got a message by email one day later that I left a folder behind. It was sent to my home address quickly.

The front desk should be recognized for being so helpful and friendly, and the location is great. Less than 3 blocks from Plaza de Catalunya, El Corte Ingles and La Rambla, it is close enough to walk but far enough to be out of the craziness. The low level of cleanliness is shocking. The wardrobe had a thick layer of... More

This hotel is in a great little spot which is in walking distance of a number of restaurants, bars, la ramblas and the port! The room was basic but comfortable and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! I really don't understand how it has so many bad reviews! It was reasonably priced and we would defo stay here again!!

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
