Average, quite comfortable place, with nice tidy bathroom in room. Advantages: safety, good location, tidy room and bathroom, helpful staff. Shortages: very small room, short not very comfortable bed, TV without remote control, muggy room, not working air conditioner, no hair dryer (though was mentioned in description), window with no view in our room (building wall in front), lack of... Me and my three friends spent two nights at partner hotel AAE Rey Don Jaume across the street. The location is amazing. Real centre and Ghotic quarter is so beautiful. They told us our room had been flooded, and therefore was unavailable, but for a cheaper price we could stay at another hotel. After a "discussion", we were offered a room in the four-star hotel across the road, which ended up being the original hotel we had booked, as a letter stuffed in the door indicated (there was no signage)....
