This place was great. The location is pretty much in the center of everything. The roof top view was awesome, spent a bunch of time drinking and meeting many new people. I was in a room with 12 people I think and it wasn't a problem at all. Sheets were clean, lockers were big enough for my giant back pack,... More

This was a completely nothing hostel, the price and some aspects of the location were the only redeeming factors. They have about 100 beds and at check in they had one (unfriendly) person on the desk and a line of about 20 people wanting to check in. There was no sense of fun or community.

I had a 12 bed dorm but they put 2 more beds thus 14 people sleeping in one room and no place to move around. No reading lights or charging points near the bed. Only plus point is friendly staff and location.

Location was great, but two things annoyed me a lot: - No individual lights for each bed, which can be very annoying, especially if you're on upper bed, not to mention people turning room lights on at middle of the night; - Only 4 sockets for a 6-bed room, which means sometimes you may not have chance to recharge you... Best Location for a Hostel in Beautiful Barcelona. Friendly and professional staff at a well run hostel. Breakfast is a deal! Stay here and make new friends and be only metres away from the famous Gaudi buildings.

I stayed in this hostel with 20 other students from my university. We had about 2 rooms for 10 people ( I think?) and they were perfect for what we were looking for - a simple room, with lockers (bring your own locks though) and - clean - bunkbeds (with sheets and towels provided) to crash. The location is so... More

By far the worst hostel experience I have ever had. Booked a 3 night stay, from Thursday to Sunday. Had to queue for over an hour to check in when I arrived on the Thursday. Had a reasonable night, but when I came back late the next night I found someone else in my bed and all of my belongings... More

Equity Point Centric Hostel is very close to Passeig de Gracia metro station and is located on a lovely street amongst some spectacular buildings. Arriving here was an absolutely stunning introduction to Barcelona. Great common areas with free wifi. Also great that you can purchase premium wifi for 3 euro if you want it in your room. Breakfast is great... More

Nice, clean, well located hostel. I spent there 4 nights. The food is very good. The only thing I didn'tt like were all these rules and prohibitions which made me feel like a child. But the location is totaly perfect for turists so I recommend this place.

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
