4 of 5 stars Reviewed today NEW

The hostel is at a perfect location. Very close to Gaudi's Casa Batllo and La Pedrera. A 15min walk to Las Ramblas where Palau Guell and La Boqueria are. Near the metro too. The bathroom was clean, but I wished there was a door for the shower rooms instead of just curtains. The beds (12 bed mixed dorm) were comfortable,... More

This hostel is located within a stone's throw of Casa Batllo and has a metro station right in front of it. You can walk to Las Ramblas and the old city. The set up of the hostel is nice too. There are 6 (I think) floors and the second floor is where the commons area is, with the rooms on... More

We stayed at this hostel for 4 nights in the 14 bed dorm. Location is perfect, just across the street from Casa Battlo and within easy walking distance of the Sagrada Familia and the gothic quarter. We had a great view from our room out onto Passeig de Gracia, but there are thick curtains in the room which keep out... More

The equity Point centric Hostel in Barcelona (Passeig de Gracia) was a really cool place to stay at! I slept in a 12 bed room for four nights and I met people from all over the world (Canada, Costa Rica, Australia, Germany..). The roof top of the Hostel is amazing and it was quite cheap to stay at! The toilet... More

This hostel is the dream of every teacher planning a trip to Barcelona with his students. It is very well situated in the marvelous Eixample, the rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equiped, the staff is very friendly, the bar has everything the students like, there is free wifi and the view from the rooftop is excellent! Only... More

The hostel has a very good localization near subway and bus station. The bedroom was clean and the hitter was working properly. Not good things... some stairs to get in the hostel are not that good when u are carrying big luggages and they have hair dryers on each floor but none is working. They have some to borrow at... I was extremely happy with my stay at Equity Point Centric. The location is perfect, very decently priced and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Barcelona. The rooms were very clean and the staff friendly. They had two common area with free wifi, a bar and breakfast for only 1.50. I would definitely recommend this hostel for... More

This was a group trip experience which involved 24 people, including myself from my university. The hostel was an incredible price with breakfast provided in a fantastic location. I cannot stress enough how close this hostel was to all the tourist destinations I wanted to see. We also found that the bar was probably cheapest in the city and enjoyed... More

Big, soul-less and definitely not staffed for number of guests they are having every day. To start with: long queue at check in desk moves very slowly which is frustrating when you're on holiday and eager to get out and explore. Shared bathrooms pretty clean (but the one in our dormitory wasn't cleaned daily); hair driers not working (had to... More

I stayed in this hostel for 5 nights last week, and overall it was quite nice. Breakfast was only 1,50 euros for all you could eat toast, cereal and fruit, as well as drinks. The rooms were fairly large and there was a terrace up top with an amazing view of the city. It was also in an excellent location.... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
