The location is excellent, very close to Pl. Catalunya, La Rambla, subway station on Catalunya with connection to everywhere. Clean apartments, very good communication before our arrival with good explanation of everything. I would stay again there.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom appartment and 2 bathrooms on the 2 floor with friends! Excellent choice. Clean, functional and close to shops, restaurant and the aerobis stop to the airport. Right across the street a starbucks and next to the building a bakery. Enough clean towels but a little spare on utisils, but okay. Can highly recomend this appartment!

Wanted the freedom of an apartment with kitchen and the facilities it brings. There was very limited facilities, only 2 bowls, 2 glasses. For 2 people that is enough but its not very luxurious. Every morning we woke up to the entire department smelling of drains and only after running the water for a while did it seem to ease.... More

Stayed for 4 nights. Fantastic location, very clean, quite quiet, though if you get one overlooking street that might be noisier. Towels changed every day. The window opened to a blank wall opposite, so no sort of view at all. Could do with more than the absolute minimum of plates and cutlery, just 2 of each in an apartment for... More

Every time I am going to Barcelona, I stay there. ,they have few apartments but I am always going to the one in Carrer Fontanella next to Plaza Catalunya. It is a nice and clean place, good beds, The kitchen has all basic things you may need. The plus is the perfect location. Most Barcelona monuments within walking distance. I... More

We only stayed here for one night but really liked the apartment. We had a two beedroom apartment with a large terass so there was really good choose for a family with two children.. The apartment was well sized and very clean. The location was great, everything we wanted to see was easy to reach by foot. A lot of... More

Great location so close to Placa Cataluna and Le Ramblas ..... and we were lucky to get one of the larger apartments overlooking the rear. Bright , large and open living area , kitchenette which isthe major plusses. Negatives are very poorselection of utensils. We had only 2 small glasses, no wine glasses .... no kettle or toaster. Worst experince of my life in barcelona every. When taking my payment the lady seemed nice. But in the end service was very poor. They advertised wifi when it not there. The air con unit leaked our whole stay. Even with complaining every day nothing was done. The on return of our holiday both me and my partner fell ill... More

Great service and value. Not knowing the language made finding it a little time consuming but we found it! The location was great anything you need or want is just a few minutes away. Very clean and pretty spacious apartment. I can't wait to go back!

Staying in Barrio Gotico (Barri Gotic)

Neighborhood Profile
Barrio Gotico (Barri Gotic)
With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighborhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences. Avid explorers will be thrilled to discover quaint terraces and plazas brought to life by the many small bars and local musicians lasting late into the night. Fashionistas will be drawn to Portal de L’Angel, which is lined with well-known brand names and smaller boutique stands.
