We have just returned from a stay here as recommended by a friend of mine. We were really impressed by how trendy and modern this was, and as others have said it smelled beautiful! Our room was adequate, the bathroom and shower were great and we had our room serviced to very high standards each day. We availed of the... More

Stayed here from 13TH to 16th August. Gorgeous trendy boutique hotel. The hotel even smells lovely. Love the lighted candles in the evening. Our room and bathroom were great. Very big double bed. Slept really well but barcelona is very tiring. Didn't really use the hotel for anything other than shower, change and to sleep. Didn't book the 13 euro... More

A very stylish boutique hotel, away from the hectic atmosphere of Las Ramblas - but still close enough to it to enjoy the sights, shopping and dining offerings of Las Ramblas vicinity. Also, the metro just around the corner to it is ideal. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Comfortable and clean beddings. We had 3 suitcases (2... More

Super boutique hotel, mainly couples stay here. Very comfortable rooms, breakfast usually included, is more than enough for anyone's appetite. Within a short walking distance of the centre of Barcelona, this hotel is in a quiet square and near to some excellent restaurants. We shall be staying at the Villa Emilia whenever we visit Barcelona.

From start to finish on a 3 night stay in August 2015, the staff could not have been more helpful, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and the room was spacious enough for 2 people, although the wardrobe hanging space was small. Shower room was also nice. We ate there... More

This hotel is very clean with beautiful décor. It has a fabulous roof terrace which we used in to morning to have coffee and to read the papers. The room was spotless with a great power shower with some luxurious shower gel and spa products thrown in. I did not find the bed very comfortable but that may be down... More

The hotel is well located, very close to a metro station. Rooms are nice and quiet (thanks to the air conditioning its not that hot) Breakfast is very tasty with local products and the staff is very friendly The roof terrasse is a real plus for having a drink or dinner

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
