A very comfortable stay. Very close to Plaça Cataluya and Metro, load of supermarket and cafes around. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. The Magic Fountain isn't too far away and it's worth a visit.

I stayed here with 7 friends last year, the location was quite convenient for getting into the main hub of the city. We did have to get taxis when visiting tourist attractions. The service was very average, we opted to go with the H10 chain based on recommendation. I think they all vary as this wasn't particularly special, the experience... More

My adult son and I went to Barcelona for Mother's Day. As soon as our taxi pulled up at H10 Casanova, a doorman appeared immediately and whisked away our bags for us. The front desk employee was genuinely friendly and went beyond the call of duty by giving us many pointers where to get started for sights to see. The... More

I have just returned from this lovely hotel, and felt I should write a review about our stay (before I've even unpacked). On arrival we were greeted by the lovely hotel staff who booked us in so quickly and offered Hubby and myself a glass of Cava, but as we don't drink they provided a large glass of iced water... We first stayed here in May 2013 and as we planned to go back to Barcelona we chose to stay at this hotel again this year! As usual all of the staff members are friendly and will help you in any way that they can. The hotel is always kept neat and tidy and this also goes for the rooms.... More

Comfortable hotel and staff on reception could not be more helpful. If you are having breakfast the cooked breakfast not too inviting but everything else is great. A ten minute walk to La Rambla also not far from a metro entrance. Depending on what you want to see e.g. The Sagrada Familia you could walk (a good 30 minutes) but... More

We stayed at H10 Casanova in April 2015 and had a great time. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, the hotel is well situated and is very clean and tidy. There is a roof terrace with a pool bar which is great to sit out on and enjoy a drink in the early evening. We arrived early so... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
