My partner and I stayed at Fina hostal for 5 nights. The first thing you notice when you first get to the hostal, is the worm welcome and the great location (right next to Liceu Metro station which is located on the main Rambla). The staff was real helpful, cleaned the room perfectly every day, changed towels and refill toilet... More

Good location, at short walking distance from most historical monuments of the city and from the metro stations.Friendly staff. No luxury but room and bed sheets are clean, the mattress is firm which is good if like you suffer from back pain. Only minus point the shower box is rather small. The overall value for money is very good.

Great place to stay, close to everything. Highly recomended to stay if you are looking something close to Las Ramblas. I reserve on the same day and they were very friendly to find some room for us. The recepcionist is young and easy going. Its secure and clean. Has coffee and soda machines at the lobby. Its excellent.

Not too bad not too good. Good be little cleaner but is a good price quality People at reception are nice and helpful. In shopping street so busy at day, lot of dronk shouting people at night. Be aware of that if you are women alone.

Staying in Barrio Gotico (Barri Gotic)

Neighborhood Profile
Barrio Gotico (Barri Gotic)
With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighborhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences. Avid explorers will be thrilled to discover quaint terraces and plazas brought to life by the many small bars and local musicians lasting late into the night. Fashionistas will be drawn to Portal de L’Angel, which is lined with well-known brand names and smaller boutique stands.
