Nicely decorated, located in the centre of Barcelona. The assistants were extremely welcoming and very helpful too. Available all the time. We enjoyed our stay a lot and this accommodation is very recommended.

I would like to say that although we enjoyed our stay and Enrique the "do it all" host was extremely welcoming and helpful and bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable. I can thoroughly recommend this if you are an able bodied traveller. However, It is important for people to be aware that you need to CLIMB FOUR FLOORS... More

It was the first time for us to visit Barcelona & we spent 7 nights in this B&B. Excellent location in the city center & very convenient to go to everywhere in Barcelona. The host & his assistant are very warm-hearted and they helped us a lot during our staying time. Everything is Ok for the tourists. We have a... More

Had the pleasure to stay a night at this beautiful B&B. The owners are very friendly and take care of you. Breakfast is very minimal but if you don't mind that it's a beautiful place to stay in a nice area in Barcelona. And the place is called Bed & BREAK, not Bed & Breakfast so don't be confused :-)... Its like being deposited in your own apartment in the heart of Barcelona, just how you would want it, rolling like a local but catering to the tourist. It felt like Ivan or a collegue were always on hand when you needed them but otherwise left to make it your own dropzone they were incredibly useful and knowledgeable and they... More

I have stayed here three times. When I held two workshops here in 2013, not all rooms had private bathrooms yet. I was pleasantly surprised that the house has been upgraded and that all rooms have en suite bathrooms now. Very tastefully done: a beautiful combination of traditional details and modern convenience. I love the location, close to the center,... More

The b&b is perfectly located to explore Barcelona by foot or public transport. The interior is modern and friendl, although not perfect (for breakfast the only equipment to prepare everything is a mircowave). The host is friendly and tries to help where ever possible. Very good experience

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
