My first experience with Barcelona Dreams was when I arrived into town to find that nobody was at the hotel to greet me for my reservation. I spent 5 hours with all of my luggage trying to figure out how to get into the hotel room that I had paid so much money for. After a while I finally was... More

Very well located in the heart of La Rambla. Each room is different. Very clean and well maintained. Great service. Nice people. Perfect for a weekend or vacation. I go there every year. I do feel at homes there....

Francesca made myself and two boys so welcome and even looked up bus routes to the hospital . When my husband was able to leave hospital night before we flew home to England it was no trouble for him to stay with us . Beds so comfortable and great having free wifi and air con . Will definitely return .

My girlfriend and I stayed at the guest house for a week in Barcelona. Easily the best place to stay in the city! Francesca was very accommodating and the location is perfect, right Las Ramblas. Very comfortable rooms and a very artistic feel to the guest house. The difference between here and hotel is you are not shuffled in and... More

This was a great place from which to explore Barcelona. The staff were great, welcoming and really made the stay special. Its in a great location. The staff picked us up from the airport, advised were to go and what we should watch out for. The room was great. Highly recommended.

Unbeatable as a budget alternative in Barcelona! The staff were great from the first welcome at the airport to the amazing room we were given - complete with antique furniture and very modern shower. The location was perfect - close to the Ramblas and the harbour. It really made our weekend!

Spent Christmas '13 in Barcelona (5 star hotel), loved city so much - returned May '14 for another visit. Selected this crash pad to reduce cost, but stay in the central areas we loved so much. When we confirmed our flight time was as expected Owners' Assistant Francesca not only emailed back quickly (10 minutes) - she handled direct pickup... More

Warmly recomends this place! Very good location, near too many things. Welcoming and helpful staff. We were picked up at the airport for a reasonably price. The room was nice and clean. Will definitely book this place next time again!

Staying in Barrio Gotico (Barri Gotic)

Neighborhood Profile
Barrio Gotico (Barri Gotic)
With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighborhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences. Avid explorers will be thrilled to discover quaint terraces and plazas brought to life by the many small bars and local musicians lasting late into the night. Fashionistas will be drawn to Portal de L’Angel, which is lined with well-known brand names and smaller boutique stands.
