Holiday inn are not my favorite chain but this hotel was a pleasent suprise, Ok nothing out of the ordinary , but comfortable clean and within a reasonable distance from the city center (walk took us approx 20 mins). There is a pleasent street one block down if you are looking for some where to eat with a good choice... more

The good: The room was very good. The bathroom was the best we had in Europe. The breakfast was excellent. The bad: It was a fair distance (about 1 mile) from the train station. I wouldn't walk it alone at night!! There is no reasonably priced food in the area. The ugly: Our group of three young women got stuck... more

We stayed here when we were driving from the south east of Spain to the UK. It was only about 15 mins from the main motorway (5 mins from the motorway into Barcelona). However.... I didn't like the look of the area, it just didn't appear that safe and the hotel was on the fringes of an industrial estate. Other... more

lWe stayed a total of four days. It so far from anything. There is no restarant in this hotel, From the train station it is such a far walk. Especially with luggage. The only good is that there is a supermarket next door to the hotel. But if there using the metro don't forget to get a Zone 2 pass.... more

We originally booked this hotel because it was inexpensive. We were a little worried at first because it wasn't in the city and we figured "how nice can a holiday inn express" actually be"... This hotel is placed in Molins de Rei, at fifteen minutes of the city of Barcelona, in a zone a lot of calm. It's near to the motorway and from the airport (10 minutes in car).
