Such a homely stay in the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. There was always a friendly smile with a nice cold drink when we came back from the day of sightseeing. There will be no other place for us to stay in Barcelona!

"Home sweet home" - in Barcelona. Easy travel from airport by Aerobus to Plaza Catalunya and then green metro line 2 stops to Drassanes station (direction "Zona Universitaria"). Excellent location near the sea, Ramblas, Mercat Boqueria, metro, buses, Gothic area. Beautiful, quiet and clean. Shared bathrooms. Great breakfast. Very friendly and warm owner Fernando can give good advice what to... More

Excellent stay at Bonic, the owner Fernando was extremely accommodating , speaks numerous langauges, was really enthusiastic and had great suggestions for things to do. Buffet breakfast was varied and filling. Location is right at the bottom of La Rambla which is great because it is close to the main tourist sights whilst being out of the way enough for... More

I spent the second half of my first ever visit to Barcelona at Bonic B&B, having booked it largely based on the trip advisor reviews, especially the reviews by solo travellers. I loved the b&b- simple, clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. As a solo female traveller, I had been a little worried about the area before I... More

I spent three nights in Barcelona in October 2013 and stayed at Bonic. Yes Fernando is just a terrific and knowledgable host and guide. We (husband and son) found we were staying on the edge of the old section of the city and with it's small alleyways, restaurants, shops, church and galleries were just outside our door ready to be... Stayed at the start of October 2013. Fernando is an excellent host and runs a great guest house perfectly situated for seeing Barcelona. Near the marina at the end of La Rambla, it is so easy to get anywhere from here whether you walk or opt for the metro less than 5 mins away. Fernando could not be more accommodating... More

We stayed at Bonic B&B for four nights in September at the beginning of our trip to Spain and France. The hospitality was exceptional - Fernando was extremely helpful and friendly. We were offered complimentary drinks upon arrival and each afternoon when returning to the room. The breakfast was very good with lots of selection, and when we had to... More

I stayed at BONIC B&B for five nights and I could not fault the experience. Fernando is a wonderful host, he is kind and hospitable and genuinely wants to see his guests enjoy the best of Barcelona. He has many tips to get away from the overly touristic attractions too, including great restaurants popular with locals. The central location in... More

Stayed at this lovely B&B for 3 nights last week. Having read the reviews, we had high expectations but must say that this great place lived up to them. The location was perfect, really central so we could walk to most of the places. Fernando was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. He recommended a great fish restaurant and when we got... More

After a great first stay a few years ago, I decided to go back to Barcelona at Bonic of course. I am a regular guest at B&B's in Spain and France, and I can honestly say that this is the best one. Manly due to its host and owner Fernando! He has such a warm personality and knows all the... More
