Have been 6 times to Barcelona and this is my favorite hotel so far. The hotel, the nice and stylish rooms (you get two), the always friendly and positive staff, free access to soft drinks, food and snacks, the spacious roof terrace. Cosy and stylish without the lack of personality that you find in 5 star hotels. Note that that... More

We arrived with the city packed full of people for a match and after a 12hr flight. Staff was welcoming, informative and accommodation splendid! Had early flight out and front desk made coffee for us. This is the place to be! Great bed/bath very modern. Spend nap on the terrace as well.

My husband and I arrived at Casa Camper after a two week Tauck tour in southern Spain where we stayed in a number of very nice hotels. We both agreed that the service and attention to detail at Casa Camper was at least equal to any of our other stays and in some cases far exceeded the more "fancy" hotels.... More

If there were more stars to add to the rating, I'd use them. The quality and service of this hotel are beyond comparison. The location is excellent, the rooms are uniquely designed and comfortable (I've never seen anything like it before), but it's the service and attention to detail that makes this hotel exceptional. Every need is attended to without... More

The Casa Camper was a perfect choice for our two day stay in Barcelona. The hotel is only a ten minute walk to the Placa De Catalunya area where you can take the Bus to/from the airport (5.90€) or take the Hop on/Hop off bus to tour the city. It is only a 5 minute walk to Las Ramblas. The... More

We stayed post cruise for two nights. It is a little hard to find on a very small street. Very close to all the shops and the hop on hop off bus. I would recommend this hotel to all!! The staff is very helpful and our room was great. My husband said it was the best shower ever.

The Casa Camper was recommended by our travel agent in Australia. It is located just off La Rambla, in a typically narrow Barcelona Street, a few minutes walk from the Placa de Catalunya. The hotel has some unusual features that make the experience just a little bit more special. Guest rooms consist of the usual bedroom/bathroom but across the hall... More

My husband and I just spent three wonderful nights at the Casa Camper in Barcelona. We stayed in a newly renovated "City" room. It was huge and beautiful in a minimalist way. The front desk staff is beyond helpful - they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance you need. The breakfast is delicious, and the 24 hour... More

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Room has blackout drape and was silent. Great shower. Refreshing snacks and drinks available around the clock. Lovely terrace for relaxing. Custom-made breakfasts. We felt loved.

Casa Camper has a cool, minimalist style. The location is great and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Not only did we get a wonderful breakfast, but the hotel had everything from cold drinks, sandwiches, salads and desserts available 24/7 at no charge. One of my new favorites!

Staying in El Raval

Neighborhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
