Wonderful hotel in a quiet, residential area yet just a ten minute walk from Las Ramblas with a lovely, chic, boutique style feel. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Free wifi. There's no restaurant but the Tapas bar next door is very good and there's a cosy roof terrace with very reasonably priced drinks. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

What can I say. Great staff, spoke English. Modern Hotel, we had a Superior Room and it was fantastic. Walking distance to Las Ramblas, Cathedral and Gothic quarter. No restuarant but breakfast was provided from Bruc 33 next door.

Hotel Constanza is a nice modern hotel near Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. It is in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop bar where we enjoyed cocktails one evening. Our room had a balcony also with a couple of chairs.

Super nice hotel.. well designed and clean. Perfect position near the Ramblas. I have to say that I didn't find it really in a good price for a 2 star hotel but this is a general problem of Barcelona. Suggested for everybody!!!

The hotel is in a great location. It's an easy walk to the Ramblas, to excellent restaurants, to the Gaudi sites and the Sagrada Familia. Would I stay there again? It depends on how long I'd be staying. For a couple of days, sure thing. For longer, probably not. Why? My wife and I stayed there for nine nights and... More

Hotel Constant a is an excellent choice for a weekend or short break in Barcelona. Great location, simple and stylish decor with the benefit of a roof top tapas bar, if you are too tired to go far in the evening. Yummy tapas, wine and I can recommend the puddings :)

My friend and I traveled to Barcelona 2 weeks ago and we booked this hotel based on the reviews on here and I can honestly say that it did not disappoint. It belies it's 2 star rating, and is excellent value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and the reception area immaculate. As for the room, we had a... More

This hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood 3 blocks from the Plaça de Catalunya which is where the Airport Express Bus terminates. The walk is easy with wheeled suitcases. The building is fairly non-descript on the outside. Inside the level of finish is very nice and modern. The front desk is small but the staff are very friendly, helpful and... More

As my title says. Very good hotel for the price I paid in May. It says 2 stars outside on the building yet it is certainly 3 if not 4 stars. Only downside, the hotel has no pool, yet great location very close the Paseig De Gracia

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
