We stayed at this hotel twice in August. It is located in the Dreta de l'Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. It is a 5 - 10 min walk to Placa de Catalunya where the Airport buses come. This is a central area where you can find the tourist information booths and where the tourist buses come. I liked the fact that... More

We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers 15 & 18 yo from France. Nice family room, sofa not great but ok for 1 night. Nice staff at reception, and nice terrasse on the roof to have a drink. Not far from metro Urquinoa. to recommend

Stayed for a couple of nights before going on a cruise. Room comfy, modern and clean. Superb location at an excellent price. I'd have no probs in returning here on my next trip. I'd recommend this to a friend. We stayed on a bed only basis but the breakfasts seemed good and weren't expensive however there are loads of places... More

I decided to spend a week alone in Barcelona. Therefore I needed a cosy and convenient place to be. Constanta is all that. Room are clean and modern staff is nice and the rooftop really good. It is a pity that breakfast is not included in the price.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Barcelona at Hotel Constanza. The location was close to many train stations and just two blocks from the main square. Walking distance to la rambla. I would highly recommend for the money.

This hotel has great rooms and big bathrooms not common in most European countries. The hotel is about 6 mins walk from Plaza Cataluna and to all the action. We liked it as bars and restaurants close by but quitter at night. Close to metro and great tapas right next to hotel.

Location is very good. You have restaurantes and cafes near bye. It's just a few minutes away the Rambla. It looks fine when you walk in. Staff is helpful and nice. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. They don't have iron. The breakfast is not good. I went once and it didn't like appetizing. The lighting wasn't good... More

The front desk staff was very helpful. It was Sunday when we arrived, and the restaurant was closed. My wife needed hot (boiled) water and he (Adel) helped to provide it. Later, it was late in the evening around 10:00 pm, and we asked him about dinner + Flamenco show for the following night. And right then and there he... More

This was really an excellent stay -- much better than its supposed 2 star rating. Great location -- we talked to everything! Great front desk staff -- very helpful with directions, taxis, etc. The bathroom was really nice, as were the two rooms.

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
