Great location. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great value. Staff was friendly, mostly helpful but on occasion had a problem communicating with us in English. We were "upgraded" but our room's balcony was on the first floor so it wasn't the greatest upgrade! Great restaurant next door. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - it's close to almost everything (walking distance) but it's not located right in the tiny streets of old town so it's the perfect distance away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the old town area. We were quite happy with the breakfast buffet the hotel served every morning, the coffee... More

Found this hotel from Trip Advisor and it was excellent! The room was clean and spacious for the 2 of us, and the staff at the front desk was very helpful. Good location, as it is walking distance to Passeig de Garcia and La Ramblas. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Barcelona - love the city and... More

Stayed here for 2. Very good price and decent room size (although it was a single room). Clean and comfortable. Only complain is the marble floor in the hallways. A long sleep is not possible as housekeeping is very noisy. Reception staff very friendly. Perfect location in walkinmg distance to Placa Catalunya and Placa Universidad. A lot of little restaurants... More

Located at the better end of Las Ramblas and near some great restaurants and shopping, the location was great. Room was very modern and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and recommended some great food and helped with some calls we needed to make. A bit hidden (watch the building numbers) but some of the best hotels in Europe are... More

We booked direct with the hotel for a superior double room. Very spacious room, with a sofa in separate area just between bedroom and bathroom. Doors in bedroom opened to small balcony overlooking the street. The overall pesentation was welcoming, clean and fresh. Location: easy walk to Placa Catulanya - main shops, tourist information, bus interchange (including hop on hop... More

I've stayed in Hotel Constanza between 9-12 December and everything was great. I've made so many research to select my hotel, read many comments via tripadvisor and the other pages and I've made the right choice. Hotel is located 600-650 mt to Placa Catalunya and 10-20 mt to Gran Via. The neighbourhood is safe. There are available cafes, bars and... More

This hotel is perfect in every way. It is a 5 minute walk from Las Ramblas (the main part of the city). Hotel is so clean and modern and the decor is great! The bathrooms are spacious with a large walk in shower. I will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!!

We stayed here for 4 nights, walked everywhere as its so accessible. Its about 5-10 mins walk to La Rambla. The room was very spacious , of course we cannot compare it to the luxury of a 4 or 5 star hotel, but it is definitely value for money. We love that the receptionists are always so friendly and ready... More

Stayed overnight, flew in from Frankfurt. Cab ride from airport about 30.00euros, very convenient to La Sagrda Famillia. Hotel was very clean. Stayed in A 1 room suite, there were 3 of us, all adults. Beds were very comfy, room was very clean, bathroom was very clean, and very spacious. Safe, TV, balcony, refrigerator, elevator to room. Great tapas restaurant out... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
