I had planed my first trip to Europe with my Daughter.. This Hotel was the first stop of many. We arrived to the Hotel and the greeted us with open arms. Being that we had never been to Spain the Hotel helped us as much as they can. We even had a issue with our plugs and they let us... More

We were in Barcelona for a conference and my husband and two daughters came along. We stayed at the AC Barcelona Forum and it was a perfect location for the conference at the convention center. My husband and daughters toured through the week and had a great time. The metro station was right around the corner from the hotel and... More

Stayed here for three night while attending a congres. Great thing is the location since the congrescenter is around the corner. The hotel has a large lobby with enough space to sit down and check your mail or browse the internet (free of charge) There is also a room with computers to work on but here you pay for the... More

Positive: decent breakfast and nice wellness area with steam rooms , sauna and great views even if pool is not heated so you could only use in summer probably. If you are attending a conference then the location is good otherwise find something closer to the action. Negative: considering alternatives in the area the price is high for the value... More

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. With regards to our pricing, it is in line with other very similar properties in the area, and we feel that we offer good value given our location next to the CCIB and the facilities we offer. I am sorry we were not able to meet your expectations. I hope... More

There's some comfort for an American traveler in this hotel, traditional lobby, good enough english-speaking staff, but there are drawbacks someone should consider: 1) area around the hotel is not desirable. Other than some proximity to the beach (I was there in Feb. for work, so that wasn't a need) the only nearby things of value is a mall and... More

I am sorry you did not enjoy stay with us. I apologise for the TV not working, I am sorry you did not inform us during your stay, so we may have been able to fix it. As for the air con being turned off by the housekeeping staff, this is standard procedure as most guests return to their rooms... More

12 euro per night for internet access, staff who don't care and nothing works. Oh and no hot water, staff who absolutely haven't any respect for paying customers and the food was cold. Coffee good and spirit measures generous.

I was in Barcelona for the Microsoft Global Forum. This was one of the conference hotels. I chose it because it advertises it's gym. This consists of two treadmills, one stepper, three bikes, two weights machines and some free weights. Both treadmills and one bike were broken when I visited the gym on arrival. Microsoft had negotiated a special room... More

Thank you for posting your comments. I would like to apologise for the inconveniences suffered due to the malfunctioning of some of our fitness equipment. We are aware of this problem, and are currently waiting for two new treadmills and two new static bycicles to be delivered. Unfortunately this is taking longer than expected. In the meantime, we are doing... More

Stayed at the AC Barcelona Forum for 5 nights-- the hotel is attached to the convention center so is very convenient if that is your conference venue Otherwise, there are far better options closer to some of the things you'd want to do as a tourist. Frankly, I was stunned by the consistently poor level of service at the hotel... More

Please accept our sincere apologies for the difficulties encountered with our WIFI service. As you have indeed commented, we had a problem with our internet supplier IBAHN, which disrupted all in room internet connections for a 24 hour period. Unfortunately the only way to resolve this issue temporarily, was for each guest to contact IBAHN Individually in order for them... More

Only stayed for a night while passing through Barcelona, but this was a quality place. I left my mobile in the cab that dropped us off and the staff made a heroic effort to get it back (though the cabbie never returned it)--I appreciate it very much. They offered me free use of their phone and even filed a report... More

This hotel is next to the Barcelona Convention Center. It's on the ocean front but quite far for the city center (12 euro taxis ride). But it's not too far from the subway station Selva de Mar. The hotel is in a modern building in a modern neighborhood. The room is small but functional. The bathroom is relatively bigger. The... More

I am sorry your stay with us was not entirely satisfactory. Although our hotel is just a short 15 minute metro ride from the centre, I understand that you were looking for a hotel in the heart of the old town of Barcelona. With regards to our prices, they are in line with similar properties in the city, we feel... More
