Great location for visiting the conference centre, with restaurants and shops across the road. The hotel had friendly and helpful staff and a comfortable, quiet and clean room with good views. A comfy bed meant good sleep and the room had a nice sized bathroom with everything that was needed for the stay. You did have to pay for Wifi... More

This is a modern hotel located at the perimeter of the city with views of the Mediterranean. It is convenient for the convention centre, but also for the centre of the city as there are metro, trams and buses nearby. If you want a quiet night after the bustle of the city centre this fits the bill. The staff are... More

In my view this is a 3 star hotel not the advertised 4 star. I attach a picture of the in-room audio system. When did anyone last bring a CD let alone an audio cassette to this hotel? There aren't enough elevators and they are too slow. Prepare to wait at least 5 minutes every time. Service is reasonable but... More

Dear Guest, I am so sorry the stay in our hotel did not meet your expectations. The satisfaction of our customers is our first priority therefore I can assure we will take on board your comments about the room and the service. However I just want to clarify a couple of points. About the lift we do not use to... More

This hotel is not a good value for the money they charge. Four star hotels with price tags nearing 200 euro a night should not have the problems I experienced at this property. Rates seem to vary depending on which conferences are next door, and I would say that if you can get a room for closer to 120, it's... More

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. As you correctly point out, our prices vary according to demand. We have a wide range of prices varying from around 80€ during the lowest seasons up to around 200€ in exceptionally high demand dates, I believe this is common practice for most hotels world wide. With regards to... More

The Marriott AC forum isn't a great hotel. High points are the location which is ideal if you're attending a conference at the adjacent conference centre, and the staff who are friendly. On the downside the rooms are small, and not very comfortable - I didn't sleep well at all. I was there in November and they'd turned the AC... More

With only one night in Barcelona, I am glad we stayed here. As an Elite member this is the first time that we got the room upgrade, finally! Our room was wonderful, with a nice view of the city. We made full use of the spa facilities as well. Although it is of the beaten path, the hop a bus... More

Stayed there for a conference as the hotel is next to the Barcelona Conference center The area is newly build and despite being next to a nice but artificial beach it has no real flavor; it is too modern, too deserted, too artificial....clean, tidy and modern but soulless. Considering how much soul Barcelona has it is not the best are... More

the main draw of this hotel is the location vis-a-vis the conference center. overall the hotel is ok - butout of the city. sleep quality was better this year - so overall it does the job and for conferences the location cannot be beaten

The wifi problem is really too bad for a hotel these days, they shouldn't charge for it in the room because it doesn't work! Room 606 no wifi. The room wS quiet and well away from the lift and passing people and I'd recommend it for a quiet night. In my view the cleaning isn't great, the bath wasn't clean... More

I am sorry your stay with us was not entirely satisfactory. I have already looked into your comments about breakfasts and the staff not being terribly friendly and will make sure we work hard to ensure all our staff are courteous and welcoming at all times. I thank you for pointing this out as it helps us improve our service.... More

This goes to terrible because despite persistent complaints about poor internet quality by TA reviewers the management refuses to recognise it, nor do anything about it. Further they have an audacity to charge 12€ a day for it. I tried to post this in my room yesterday, but the WIFI failed for the umpteenth time and so I waited until... More
