Spent 4 nights there as a couple on our first visit to Barcelona. The location of the hotel is nice, just next to the beach with shops around also however it is a bit further from the city center but it has great public transportation connections. Staff was friendly and generous, breakfast in the restaurant had a large selection and... More

For my 3 days trip in Barcelona I have seleced this hotel because the price-quality ratio seems to be ok and it was perfectly matching my needs. Since I was a city tourist I didn't try out the swimming pool but it looked good for the summer. I would definitely come back to this hotel when going back to Barcelona.... More

Location: Very good location, 10 min to the beach, across the street Mall, bus stops of Tour Buses, tram next door, metro walking distance. Staff: very helpful, multinationality and multilanguage speaking. Room: Quite small, but it got windows which can be open, small beds (singel) and no blanket - just a bedsheet cover. Winter blanket in the wardrobe. Room doesn't... More

Thank you for your comments. I would like to make clear a couple of points from your comments. I understand that you benefited from the conditions applied to one of our special accounts as we do not provide earplugs in rooms except for one of these aforementioned accounts as they sleep at unsual times are especially sensitive to any noise.... On the bright side, it is modern and very clean. Spotless. And i appreciated the gym (well equipped, not crowded, beautiful view). The swimming pool is probably a breeth in the heart of summer, but when i was there it was way too windy on its high floor. The staff is amiable and i would give a good grade to... More

Thank you for you helpful feedback. I am sorry to hear the stereo was not working, this could have easily been solved had we known during your stay. With regards to the amenities in the room, standard rooms do not have bath robes or slippers but they can be purchased at front desk. Junior Suite and Suite type rooms do... More

I stayed here with my wife. The hotel is very modern, the rooms are very nice and clean but small. The staff was very helpful. The views from the roof top/pool are worth your time! We were visiting Barcelona as tourists for the 1st time. There are 2 companies that do the tourist busses hop in/off around Barcelona and both... More

I found this hotel through Marriott web site. The hotel is a few blocks away from the beach in a quiet section of Barcelona. You can walk two short blocks to the metro, the yellow line takes you to La Ramblas which is the center of town. If you go the opposite direction you will be at the beach area... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here during a conference. The junior suite is spacious, has two TVs, two showers, comfortable beds and many amenities like shoepolish, toothbrush and facial cremes that are not even provided in five star hotels. The only thing missing is coffee/tea. I did like the free water bottles and snacks that were refilled daily. Breakfast buffet... More

Fine location, next to the conference centre. For anywhere else in the city, you have to use transportation. The hotel is as business hotels usually are. I have no complaints, but nothing out of the ordinary either.

This was our third visit to Barcelona but our first to AC Marriott and we were disappointed. The hotel is in a good location, close to a super shopping mall, metro station, tram and the tour bus stops over the road. The hotel is modern and clean. The room was rather small but had a lovely bathroom which included a... More

Let me start off by saying that I am a Marriott Platinum member. So, I specifically try to stay at Marriotts due to the amenities offered to me. I will say that those ammenities simply weren't there. No concierge lounge, no complimentary breakfast and even after being upgraded, the room was still small. (Also, the Platinum gift was pitiful too.)... More
