This hotel was highly recommended to my boyfriend and I by his father who stays there regularly. We found a very good deal on a online booking website and were excited to stay at this luxury hotel. When we first arrived it was quite early in the morning and our room was not available – the hotel clerk explained that... More

Unfortunately we were highly disappointed by Casa Fuster. Especially if high quality service is what you expect from a 5 star. We were coming with my girlfriend from real 5 stars from Prague (the Four seasons) and from Venice (the Bauer) so the contrast was deeper. We had a second reservation at Casa Fuster and we cancelled and book another... More

The Casa Fuster is a quaint old building with great modern faciities. Staff were excellent, welcoming and genuinely warm in their hospitality. My room was spacious, clean, well appointed and quiet even though it faced the street. The rooftop bar has great views but the drinks selection is pretty limited. I would return on my next trip to Barcelona.

As the title of this review suggests, this great little hotel is all that and more! Upon arriving in Barcelona (from the political demonstrations in Athens), the Casa Fuster Hotel provided a very favorable respite for our first trip to Spain. The lovely tree-lined boulevards and charming cafes provided a wonderful environment for pleasant strolls to museums, restaurants, and even... More

Their mojito was so good. The staff was super nice. Our waiter Adriano was as sweet as honey, given us all kind of inside scoops about the city, so helpful. They have a jazz band on Thursday...we had a blast.

Last night of our 2 week trip before returning to the U.S. and we had such a great time. The hotel is beautiful, old school stylish and very elegant. The service was outstanding and our room was fantastic. They sent us up the street for dinner at a wonderful restaurant that was our best meal of the trip. The location... More

Casa Fuster is a great hotel, and I am surprised it was so affordable. It is in a good location near Gracia neighborhood and everything you need to get to you can walk. The hotel has a tiny pool on the roof with an amazing view, but drink are super pricey. The breakfast in the morning is a huge buffet... More

Casa Fuster is really a gorgeous luxury hotel with good service and all the amenities that are usually expected for this kind of hotel. The facade is amazing, it used to be a family home and the interiors are very well decorated, kind of modern, classic and decadent Barcelona style at the same time. My room was small but cozy... Just returned from a four day stay in Barcelona. We stopped at the Casa Fuster and could not really fault the hotel or service. the only downside was the cost of drinks etc.(approx. £7 for a small beer £11 for gin ,tonic ) The hotel has a small rooftop pool and good size terrace which was really welcome after a... This hotel is a great place for a Barcelona vacation. Centrally located, many of your normal visits can be had by foot. The service is great and the rooms are very comfortable. Luxury is not the focus here, but its not overlooked. Many portions of the hotel are very nice and the rooftop bar is a real plus for a... More

Staying in Gracia

Neighborhood Profile
Gracia
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the center, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theater that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
