The hostel is nice and it's in walking distance from most of the Barca sites one wants to see. Above all the personnel are all amazing people, they helped us everytime we needed information of all sorts. They organize outings every night to cool bars and clubs afterwards which are very entertaining especially to solo travelers that are looking to... More

It was a good hostel, bit expensive given I have to share with room with 7 other people and breakfast was not included. Very close to city centre, and easily accessible from airport by train. The Barcelona free walking tour guys also pick up from hostel, which is good.

They have a great staff and an amazing walking tour! The room was gross though, mucus stained on the side of the top bunk, and super tiny room! I think it should be cheaper, but it's a great location with lovely staff! The wifi SUCKS.

We booked a private room for five days, room was nice, tidy a d cozy. We felt very welcomed. The stuff was friendly and helpful, dinner was awesome, just as like the atmosphere itself. Also the location is very good. I will surely recommend to pay a visit in there!

I was in Barcelona on a business trip, but whats the fun in staying the weekend in business hotels. I had prebooked this hostel after reading about their pub crawls which take place everynight. And I couldnt have been happier with my decision! Extremely friendly place, nice and clean, just by the Girona Metro. And most importantly safe neighborhood. I... More

The hostel is cute, clean, in the wonderful neighborhood of eixample, near to the metro and the guys and girls at the reception were friendly and helpful. We booked one of the private rooms at the 2nd floor, it was clean, perfect for a couple with a nice bathroom and a beautiful window overlooking the street which wasn't noisy at... More

The directions offered by the hostel were really helpful when navigating how to get there from the airport. The staff were super helpful, Enrique (the chef that cooks an awesome €5 dinner every night) was fantastic, and the location was just a short walk from everything - only 200m from the closet metro station. We stayed in a ten bed... More

We stayed here for three nights over a long weekend in March 2015, in one of the private rooms. The hostel is a little out of the way, but we liked the location as we could walk to La Sagrada Familia in one direction, and other areas of interest such as Passeig de Gracia in the other direction. Our room... More

The sleeping room was really perfect for a couple and the bathroom too. There were enough space to feel and live comfortable and the kitchen was fully equiped so you could prepare whatever you wanted. Prizes for meals there and going out with really cool guides and peopl were perfect and okay. The staff was chilled and always rady to help... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
