As always I will initiate my review with the Cost/Benefit and this hotel is 10/10. Our booking price was very reasonable, the location is great and I think that's the best reason to book this hotel, you are half block away from 'Plaça Catalunya' where you have Metro access and Tour Bus main stop. Our bad experience was because our... More

We booked only for a night to see a soccer match, so we were hardly in the room. The room was huge, with a living room, a big bathroom with a jacuzzi. The bedroom had a nice and comfortable bed, pillows to chose and big closets and a nice balcony. Our reservation included breakfast in the room and it seemed... More

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel room very nice for our 3 day stay. Hotel also has a lovely rooftop bar which you're given a free drink for on arrival. Rooms are quaint, however very well furnished and comfortable. Hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the underground too.

A nice and well appointed hotel near major attractions. The rooms facing the street with very small balconies are better than the back-side overlooking the back of appartment buildings. The staff is very helpful and well informed.

The hotel staff was very welcoming when we arrived. The hotel and room were very clean. It feels very modern. The standard double room is very small (compared to American hotel rooms), but is very cozy. The bathroom and amenities are very up to date.

Stayed at this hotel in January but finnally got round to reviewing. Firstly the location is fantastic for a city break, just a couple of minutes walk from the main square where the airport bus drops off, las ramblas and the gothic quarter. Also a excellent bar with live music and tapas bars and restaurants a few doors away, this... More

Great location - 5 minutes from Placa Catalunya where the hop-on-hop-off buses have their main stop and tours meet up. Another 2-3 minutes to Ramblas and Gothic Quarter. Buffet breakfast was EXCELLENT! Great variety and quality and quickly replenished. Wifi also strong and fast. Room was too small and poorly soundproofed (could hear people walking in the halfway). Airconditioning also... More

Hotel with a very good location but not a 4 star Hotel! The first room they gave us was so small that we cannot moved around! The upgraded room was better but AC didn't work and the bathroom as no isolation from the room, not very pleasant!

We booked a last minute trip, we were working at a show in Milan and decided to take 2 days to Barcelona. The rooms are super small, really small we asked for an uograde and it was much better. The location of this hotel is incredible. I would go back to this hotel.

I have just returned from a 4 night city break at this hotel. The hotel is in the best location within 5 minutes walk from the Placa de Catalunya, which is the main square and easily accessible by Aerobus straight from the airport. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
