Reserved months in advance and stayed 3 nights in May 2014.(E 89/nt) V. small room. Clean. Workable, BUT, the street noise was insane all night. (4 - 5 AM) Fairly central, but lots of walking to various sites. Great place for breakfast across the street. (Buenas Migas) I would try very hard to find a quieter place next time around.

The room was clean, and the location was excellent. I will grant that. However, unless you know your flight won't be delayed and that you will arrive promptly during regular business hours, I would not book this hotel. We arrived after a long day's travel in Barcelona, a little after 11pm, tired and hungry. We were standing on the street... More

I spent 2 nights with my mum and my sister at Bella Lola and we had a great time! The location is perfect, close to the metro, to La Pedrera and lots of restaurants. Our room was big and most important everything was very very clean! The staff was also very friendly and helpful with lots of info about Barcelona!... More

We stayed for three nights and were totally content. The last day the warm water did not worked so they let us use another room to take a shower. The location is perfect. You are near to the city center and can move by foot all the time. The receptionists are very friendly and try to help you wth all... More

Where do I begin, our plane was delayed, and ridiculously so to the point that we arrived at the hotel at 1am, even so Torquay (and we know were spelling it wrong :() the gent that greeted us was cheery and friendly helped us get settled in, and tell us how to get to our tour next morning, from our... Given its prime location near the passeig de gracia, this is definitely a good value hostel. Just a 5 mins walk from the Diagonal Metro station, where it connects to the Catalunya square in 2 stops where the airport express buses are. However, the room is tiny and big suitcases may have difficulty opening up in the rooms. Also, the... More

Located just one block away from Gaudi's two beautiful casa. Easy to find metro station just few steps from the hotstel, as well as the most trendy street in Barcelona. Ventilation is not so good in the room, but with a little balcony that is not a big problem.

This is a case of you get what you pay for. The location is excellent. Our room/bath was very clean and had a great little balcony overlooking the square in front of the hostal (not all rooms have this I believe). Very quiet provided the window is closed. A terrific deal. Given this it should not be surprising that our... More

found the place very handy and in a pleasant area, great value, rooms very clean , there is air conditioning , and rooms not huge but more than big enough for 2. Staff were brilliant, we arrived early but not a problem. Great bars very close. would stay here again.

The rooms were new and clean, however very small. Staff is not available on-site at all hours. You have to carry 2 keys + a room key card around with you to get access. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, so we had to sleep with our window open to the noisy street. However, location is fantastic in... More

Staying in Gracia

Neighborhood Profile
Gracia
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the center, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theater that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
