My partner and I stayed here last week for three nights and wanted somewhere to stay that was central but fairly priced. The Zoo hotel was great. E-mail communication from staff was helpful and speedy- I enquired about transport to the hotel from the airport and was sent a comprehensive list of info. On arrival we checked in at the... More

The reception is 100 yards round the corner next to the sister hotel, which wasn't a problem for me but if for any reason you feel more comfortable with help close by it could be. Breakfast (9 euro) is also served in that other venue, a buffet-style one, good quality. There were cheaper breakfast options locally of course but the... More

Very impressed following a four night stay. We paid the extra to get a better room with a balcony and it was definitely worth it. The rooms are on the slightly smaller side for two people and having the extra space on the balcony was worth it. Plus a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine late... More

If you like Dungeons this will be a great hotel to stay in! However, we found it to be very dark and prison like in room 18. There were also quite a lot of water dripping down from the ceiling in the bathroom (apparantly not to worry as that is from the aircon on the floor above!). For the price... More

Just what you need, a comfy bed at the end of a long day, great coffee and water when you need it! The bedroom/bathroom was very clean, there was air con/heat, great wi-fi connection, the many bottles of water there whenever you needed them was great. We didn't have to buy water once which made things easy for us. Fantastic... More

Staff were great and very helpful. No issue, getting a bucket of ice for wine at late hours, from reception/breakfast room, which was around the next block from the rooms, (5mins) but so not an issue! Room was great, AC a little weak, so earplugs or a good amount of alcohol would be recommended if you are a light sleeper... More

As previous reviews have mentioned, we stayed in November so your experience could differ wildly from ours as the place seemed to be overall quite quiet. The rooms are indeed basic and ours was very small but it was very clean and comfortable. My only gripe on the room front was the lack of a decent window - it did... More

We stayed here for over one week. For the low season price, a extra large room is about 45 euro a night. I think for the room we stayed it's worth the price. The room we stayed was very large and equipped with a bathtub. The whole hotel was quite new and absolutely very clean. And it's fantastic that the... More

We stayed here in November so our experience may differ from peak holiday times. This hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. Yes it is basic, the room contained beds, a wardrobe, a desk, a bench, and a small TV. But it is incredibly clean, modern and comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was modern and had a fantastic shower.... More
