We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our stay. The room was on the top floor with a terrace overlooking the pool area, brilliant for a drink before going out for the evening. Nicely decorated room. Good central location.

Dear Iain, Many thanks for your recent feedback. I am really glad you enjoyed your stay, The feature rooms with the private terrace are very nice, as you can enjoy Barcelona's weather from your own room while drinking a coffee in the morning or a wine at night. We hope to see you on your next trip to Barcelona. kind... More

Very good hotel, located in the heart of touristic area. Good nice rooms, just a bit smaller than you could expect even for a boutique property. The worst thing is a breakfast, which we found very limited, nothing tasty, like continental free breakie in Holiday Inn Express and very unfriendly breakfast staff. As IHG Platinum member, I can compare breakfasts... More

Dear Alex, Many thanks for your feedback. I am really sorry to read that you did not enjoy breakfast. It is the first time we had a bad comment about it, as our breakfast offers a variety of cold and hot food together with homemade cakes and fruit. We hope to see you soon. Just arrived back from the indigo hotel today, booked a superior room and was not disappointed. Arrived at hotel at 12.00 and room was ready, found all reception staff friendly and helpful at all times. The room was very nicely decorated, modern in design with a balcony and street view had no issues with traffic noise when sleeping. Having much... More

Dear smelbo24, Many thanks for your review! Very accurate description of what the hotel offers, I must say. The rooms with balcony are really nice, as you can stand outside and feel as if you were on your own flat. As you very nicely state, the pool offers not only a terrace area to eat or have a drink, but... More

Great hotel, modern and chic. Great terrace with pool. Gym seems to be taking forever to be refurbished. Service is really great. Breakfast was good above average. Location great as quite central to everything and a pleasant walk to work. Great for both business and pleasure

This is a newish boutique hotel. The check in was painless and the 2 rooms we had were lovely, one with a balcony. The lifts are a little quirky, they seem to have a mind of their own as to whether they will go up or down. Small but nice pool and outside seating area. 10 mins to Las Ramblas... More

The worse service we had ever received. We got in and there was no one to help us with the luggage. The air-condition in the room didn't work and for 5 hours there was no maintenance guy to fix it. The pool had green dirty water which took them two days to replace. No one could go close to it... More

Dear Mimiaze, Thank you for your review. We do not understand your comment regarding the help with the luggage, as do we offer that service. If you read the other reviews that we were given lately, there has not been any complaints, that is why we do not understand your disconfort with your stay. I loved staying in this hotel. The staff came across as friendly and caring about the customers. The service from reception, restaurant & bar staff was personal and attentive. The breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of fresh fruit, yogurts, meats, fish, cheeses, breads, pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages. There was a a four hour breakfast service which meant you... This hotel served us well during our stay in Barcelona prior to going on a cruise. Dear Lynn, Many thanks for your feedback. I am really glad you had a great stay. It is not difficult to get lost in Barcelona, as there are many streets to walk about. Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
