Clean, beautiful and large room! The position is perfect, considering that the hotel is extremely close to Plaza Catalunya and to its metro-stop! Last but not least it has got a stunning terrace where you can enjoy a great Martini!

The hotel was right in the center of the city. Quite modern and spacious, offering a good view of the plaza. The area is very active at night ! Breakfast was included and was a decent spread. Overall, happy with my stay.

Brilliant location very close to Catalonia square and La Ramblas. The hotel was almost faultless, very clean, very comfortable, the staff were lovely. If I really had to say something negative it would be our room was a little on the small side although my daughter thought it wasn't so perhaps you shouldn't listen to me! The bathroom was plenty... I stayed in this hotel because I knew its sister hotel in Paris that was very stylishly designed. This hotel is comparable, and has better rooms i.e. much larger and better planned. The staff were well trained and very polite and thoughtful. Breakfast was good and of sufficient variety. The best thing, however, is the location centrally located on La... More

Perfect location just off the Placa de Catalunya. Beautifully appointed, modern hotel...very relaxed and comfortable, with staff that couldn't be more helpful. With 90 bedrooms offering B&B, we would certainly stay here again. Fantastic views of the city from the roof top terrace bar where tapas are served from 12-4pm.

This was our first stay at this friendly and central hotel. The room was clean and comfortable although there was not much space for relaxing. We were a bit disappointed that the pre-ordered Cava was not in our room on arrival and we had to ask for it the following evening. The buffet breakfast was very good and the restaurant... More

We stayed at the Pulitzer hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. The staff were amazing especially Marc who was so helpful, kind and willing to fulfill any request. We travel around the world and met many staff in many hotels, but we have to say that Marc is exceptional. In addition, the location is perfect. The breakfast was... More

This was our first visit to Barcelona and my husband and I loved this hotel. It has a great location - 3 minute from a major subway stop and from Las Ramblas. an easy 5 minute walk from the airport shuttle stop in the Placa de Catalunya. The hotel itself was quiet and beautifully decorated. Our room was not very... More

I have stayed several times in this hotel. Hotel is located within 1 minute walk from the Placa de Catalunya. Where you have the Airport bus to BCN airport. Hotel is a nice rooftop bar with lovely cocktails. The bar at the ground floor has a luxury look and nice seats. The standard rooms are spacious enough for 2 persons.... More

Staying in El Raval

Neighborhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
