This beautiful hotel is situated in walking distance to Casa Milla, Casa Battlo and Praca Catalunya. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent(fruits, cereals, meats etc). Nearby there are a lot of restaurants and shops. A supermarket is on a nearby street(around 5 minutes by walking). The room was clean, comfortable. Although the temperatures at night were around... Stayed here with my family in January. The location is perfect. Very, very handy to just about everything. Our standard room had almost no natural light (to be fair, we were offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony for an additional charge). The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was good. If... More

As soon as we checked in they offered us an upgrade for a charge but we preferred a quiet room at the back. We stayed for four nights, room clean, a reasonable size but not at all welcoming. Bathroom a good size and clean. Thought it really mean not to include tea making facilities, consequently spent no time in the... More

Very central to all attractions and transportation to airport/bus/train station. Room was on the 5th floor but very quiet considering all the busy-ness of central Barcelona. Our room did not have a balcony but window opened to the street below. Loved the roof-top with a panoramic view of Barcelona and a plunge pool. An outdoor bar serving meals, drinks and... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
