This is a perfect location for escaping noise and firecrackers in Saint John's eve (23rd june), it is far from everything (no shops, no noise, no disco, no nothing). Hotel has a nice garden with a BIG swimming pool, and offers free jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. We got a very confortable room with views over the garden, double glass... more

Just spent 3 nights at the abba garden with family ( daughter 15 and son of 11) We had spent a week at port aventura and had wanted to finish our holiday with a few nights in Barcelona. This was our 4th visit to this beautiful city. Big mistake. Taxi from the station to the hotel got lost even though... more

I stayed in the hotel with a Trafalgar tour group. It was new and modern with a great pool. There are no great restaurants or shops nearby. We didn't look for a bus to downtown, but took taxis instead. Although the fare should have been 12 Euros -one time, the cab driver got "lost" because the hotel was so "new",... more

I am staying at the ABBA Garden during a conference so the price is ridiculous (€470 a night!) for quite an average hotel. To be fair, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly but the food is distinctly average and the location is not great (it's quite a hike to the centre of town). If you want a... more

My wife and I have just returned from our holiday in at the Abba Garden Hotel in Barcelona. The hotel was the best part of the stay but there are one or two things I would like to warn members of. Firstly, Its almost impossible to book on a room only basis as there simply is not a cafe or... more

My husband and I had a lovely time at the Abba Garden Hotel in July 2007. We choose this hotel as we knew it had a pool and was aware that it was outside of town. We wanted a quite place to relax and chill, as well as being able to sightsee and we were not disappointed. It is a... more

we have just returned after a 5 day stay at this hotel. we chose it due to the out of town location, hoping to chill by the pool in nice garden settings! Beware the hard plastic loungers did not have any mattress covers on them,. so we could not relax as intended. When we confronted the hotel they said that... more

The Abba Garden, as I learned, is a fairly new hotel. The rooms are huge and clean, the beds bigger than they were in any other hotel I stayed in on my tour of Europe, and the pool was great. No, it is not in the city center, but depending on where you're coming from a taxi is only 12... more

Any positive impressions we may have had about this hotel were wiped out by a major problem. We booked 3 nights at the hotel, but due to a train strike in Portugal, we were unable to arrive until the third night. We notified the hotel as soon as we knew we'd be late. Upon arrival on the third night, we... more
