Spent three nights at this hotel last weekend. Found it very nice, clean, pleasant staff and good breakfast choices. Good location, well placed for easy access to the Gothic quarter and the beach. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Barcelona.

Visited this hotel with friends, very clean with helpful smiling staff. Room clean and quiet even by the lift. Nice view of the park from our small balcony. The breakfast is average compaired to what I have had in other euro hotels. Plenty of it and good quality. The breakfast room is small and at 0900 they put four of... More

This wonderful hotel is well situated opposite the park and within easy walking distance of the Gothic quarter. The sightseeing hop on hop off stop is right outside ! There is an abundance of great restaurants, bars and shops. Our room was well appointed overlooking the park. The double glazed balcony window eliminated all the night time city noise and the... Smartly designed, modern hotel in a great location, in walking distance to port, ramblas and other main attrations. Staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast was generous, small pool area on roof with waitress service for drinks. Our room was quite small but well equipped. Surrounding area has lots of great bars and restaurants and a lovely park opposite.

We stayed in this fantastic hotel for my husbands 60th birthday and it was a really fantastic choice. The area is amazing , plenty of resturants in the el born district behind the hotel, a lovely park opposite and with easy walking distance to the marina and beach area. A clean, quiet, well run hotel with friendly staff in a good position for exploring. Many small restaurants nearby. 15m to 20m walk to the Ramblas. 5 minutes walk to the fantastic city park. 5 minutes walk to the fabulous Picasso museum. Full breakfast (cereal, fruit, cold meats, bacon (crispy!), sausage (a bit odd for English tastes) mushrooms and scrambled... More

We stayed here in October 2014 and had a brilliant time! Excellent location, lovely breakfast, helpful staff and well appointed room. The rooftop is a great place to relax and we also had a pleasing view from our (little) balcony. Would happily stay here again.

Quite new (opened only a couple of years ago) and very nice hotel, right next to the El Born district with lots of restaurants etc., a park just on the other side of the street and the port area is just a short walk away. It also has a great rooftop with a small pool. Their breakfast is fantastic, don't... More

I visited this hotel for a 4 day long easter break and I can highly recommend it. The location was great. Close to great restaurants and bars, and close to the amazing park ´Ciutadella Park´, which is a must visit. The rooftop area + pool was good. The pool was a bit cold - but I can´t really complain since... More

Staying in El Born / La Ribera

Neighborhood Profile
El Born / La Ribera
The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually enjoy losing your way in. After all, there are few places that live and breathe such exciting energy regardless of the time of day. This neighborhood seamlessly transcends the old and new parts of the city, reflected in its vast array of restaurants ranging from fancy Michelin-star establishments to trendy fusion restaurants. Here you'll find historical and cultural attractions such as the popular Picasso Museum and the Gothic cathedral La Santa Maria del Mar, where you just might be able to catch a traditional Catalan wedding.
