We didn't really want to stay close to the airport, but we had little choice because it was the only hotel the fitted our budget. Ordinary hotel, what you would expect from an airport hotel. But..... I found it a little dirty-scuffs and marks on carpets and 'tired looking'. It's 10 minutes by minibus from the airport and busses run every 20 mins so it's 30 mins away! Breakfast was poor and the shower head was bizzarly out of reach. Needs a refresh .

I'm not sure what the complaining is about. I stayed two nights, on arriving in and departing from my two-week stay in Spain. The shuttle arrives every twenty minutes (ask directions for where to wait, as the shuttle stops in the Barcelona airport are not at all self-evident--not the hotel's fault, that). We used this hotel because we thought that it is close to airport (walking). No way, you have to wait for shuttle, not well organise, need next an hour after arriving. Next waiting on check in 20 minutes. Room is very moderate, very bad bathroom, dirty, and damaged, no service minimum 2years. Bar overloaded, finished at 12 PM. Never more.

Tryp Barcelona is a very high quality hotel located close to the airport in Barcelona. We received very good service and stayed in a clean, fresh and well appointed room. There are very nice bars and restaurants at the hotel and overall, the hotel was excellent value.
