I would have preferred to give a 3 and a half. A superb location - just off La Ramblas and opposite Palace Guell - and a good sized triple room all of which was marred by a truly awful breakfast. To be positive, we stayed in a superior room which gave us a level view of the roof of Gaudi's... More

I couldn't have said it better then whomever posted the earlier review titled Find another Hotel" We stayed 5 nights and returned to back to the USA yesterday. Our bed was like sleeping on a hard floor, Not 1 English TV channel , breakfast was HORRIBLE ate there once eggs cold and tasted like crap. As for the thin walls... More

Traveling with two small kids in tow can be a challenge, but the location of this hotel made it simple. We could walk across the street to the Gaudi palace and buy tickets for the whole family (no need to make the kids stand in line!) and catch the bus a few blocks away for a 20 minute ride to... More

The Hotel Gaudi is well sited on La Rambla between two metro stations of L3 Green Line and has a nice roof terrace. That's the only positive thing about the hotel. Othervise, I would rate it as "Terrible". All reception guys are very unfriendly. The room had very outdated furniture and very bad musty smell. A/C was old and noisy.... More

This hotel is a delight. It is a terrific location with wonderful amenities such as a delicious buffet breakfast, a bar, and lovely views from the higher floors. The concierge was extremely helpful with dining suggestions (we wanted the best Paella we could find of course) or directions. My only caution would be if you get a room overlooking the... More

We stayed as a couple the last week of July 2014. I booked based on TripAdvisor's recommendations and I was right. The room was clean, well organized and spacy for two. The location is great almost at La Rambla, the main action street and all its bifurcations. Breakfast was filling. Staff was helpful. Our room faced Palau Güell, so we... More

Location: Off La Rambla, which is the heart of Barcelona, a street which is bursting with activity well past midnight. The beach is about 20 mins by foot. Breakfast: At EUR 11, they fill you up well for a good part of the day. Service: Very courteous and helpful staff. They accommodated our request for an additional day of stay... More

Stayed for a long weekend with friends. Great location just off La Ramblas so close enough to the action but also quiet enough at night for sleep. Loved the rooftop pool and bar service for relaxation. Rooms were tidy with decent facilities albeit possibly a little small. Would happily stay here again.

This hotel has a great location right near Las Ramblas and even close to the metro which the staff were more than helpful to explain where I had to go and which line to catch. When I first arrived while I was being checked in, my bags were taken to my room and then I was shown to my room... More
