The hotel is centrally located in Gothic quarter, just behind the Barcelona cathedral. The neighbourhood is fascinating, narrow alleys, packed with cafes and restaurants. It is also so close to La rambla walking street and El born and 20 minutes walk to the barceloneta beach. The hotel itself is really small, nothing fancy, with small but spotlessly clean rooms and... The location, can not be better, it is located in the heart of Barcelona, in one of the charming little streets. The only problem is that the rooms are extremely small and the walls not thick enough so the noise travels from one room to another. But all that is overly compensated by the location as it is walking distance... More

The rooms were very small indeed. There was barely space for 2 ppl to walk around. There no windows except for the one in the bathroom facing a wall. But its value for money! For the price we paid for 5 days, the hotel was brilliant. Its extremely well located. 5 mins away from La Ramblas street and other tourist... More

The hotel is located in a central part of the city. Walking distance to Museums, Art galleries, Restaurants, Bars, Patisseries. Also There is a night club and strip club down the street too :-) The hotel doesn't serve food or have a restaurant or room service. Only a vending machine with beverages. Very Friendly and helpful staff with clean rooms.... More

Hotel Call is a good choice when traveling on budget. For quite a modest price you will get a room in the center of Gothic Quarter, just a few minutes from La Rambla. The air conditioning is good, the rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful.

Hotel Call was perfect for us - it was clean, and the neighborhood was very convenient to El Born and La Rambla. Would highly recommend to someone looking for low budget, comfortable room in this area.

Just recently stayed at Hotel Call for the Spanish F1. Hotel Call was the cheapest, centrally located hotel we could find for our group of 12, so I wasn't expecting great things, to be honest. In reality, I needn't have worried. The hotel is perfectly located, a couple of minutes walk to Las Ramblas, close to bars, restaurants, transport etc... More

I just wanted to thank the folks at Hotel Call. For some reason when I booked this Hotel just before leaving for Barcelona, it seemed that most of the reviews were negative and the Hotel was given only one star. After the two week cruise, I was not looking forward to our stay in a one star Hotel booked at... More
