Very good hotel, good location, near metro, no very far from the sea if you take the bus V21 it will takes you 10 min to reach the sea. Very close to Sagrada Familia. Some good restaurants around the hotel

The location was pretty decent we had to walk 20-25 minutes or so to get to Plaça de Catalunya. We were in the room 411. The room was quite dingy without enough light and the worst part was that wifi did not reach our room since it was in a corner of the hotel. When I asked at the reception... More

Spent 8 nights here and wouldn't think of booking anywhere else if I were to come back to Barcelona. Very clean, towels changed daily if required, room cleaned daily. We were room only so buffet continental breakfast was an extra 9euros each, thought this was good value particularly given how capital cities tend to be overpriced. It was the same... More

Excellent location with Metro nearby. Friendly staff, high standard of service with rooms very clean and tidy. Handy for shops nearby too. Rooms well sound proofed/double glazed cutting out noise from local/passing traffic. We were given assistance by reception staff for booking venues on line and printing out passes for these events.

I do not think you can beat this price for a clean, fully equipped hotel room in Europe. We had three twin beds, two closets and a safe. Clean, private, large bathroom which I understand is saying a lot for Europe. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood with restaurants right around the corner. Walking distance to Familia Sagrada, the... More

we stayed 3 nights here 30/04/2015 - 3/05/2015 and it couldnt have been better for what you pay. Cheap budget hotel, exactly what you need on a city break. Room was squeeky clean, not massive but big enough. 5 mins walk from Monumental metro, 10 mins walk from Sagrada Familia. Free wifi - good signal for checking things out before... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
